I am suffering from intense back pain. I made an appointment…read moreon 6/8 at 2pm for care on the followingday 6/9 at 4:45pm. They asked for a copy of my insurance card to be sent to their text line. I sent the info. I was told that if they didn't take my insurance (or if there were any other issues) I would be called before my appointment. After hearing nothing, I showed up early for my appointment only to be told they do not take my insurance. When I asked for an explanation I was lied to. Not just lied to - but lied to multiple times (and sometimes in the very next sentence). By the OFFICE MANAGER herself. "I don't know who took your call" became "Paula". "I wasn't here that day" became "I didn't get here until 2:30" "Nobody read the text" became "Paula must have forgotten" DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE WITH YOUR BODILY CARE. THEY HAVE NO INTEGRITY. And they absolutely WILL lie to your face to avoid accountability.

Dr Mathew Tuttle was awesome to deal with from start to finish. We drove from Coastal North…read moreCarolina, six hours for a few days of his highly specialized dynamic spinal decompression; 'The Ring Dinger!' I sent my X-rays well in advance as well as my detailed health history beforehand and Dr Matt assured me he could safely treat me. This is more than basic or average chiropractic in that very expensive training and highly specialized tables were purchased in order to provide this amazing treatment. Let me say, the building is a beautifully maintained property and inside it is bright and very clean, yet not clinical feeling. Dr Wes and Dr Matt take a lot of pride in their facility and it shows. After a very thorough physical assessment treatment began. Dr Matt took his time and was very detailed in every step. The adjustments were quite precise and then, 'The Ring Dinger.' Might I add, I had no trepidation but Dr Matt kept me informed every step of the way. 'The Ring Dinger' is a dynamic spinal decompression and I felt a distinct improvement right away. Because my case is so severe, I received several treatments over two days time. Each better than the last. Dr Matt's attention to detail was phenomenal and the level of immediate relief correlated well with what I went through to get there. It was very much worth it! God bless Dr Matt and Dr Wes for their excellent practice! Dr Shawn M Greener 'The Good Doctor!'

Getting a cancer diagnosis is shocking enough. Dr. Ravi was so gentle with me from the beginning…read more He explained his plan, and he explained it realistically but encouragingly. Getting a second opinion from the Cancer Institute, I felt I was treated very impersonally from the moment I entered the building. The contrast with the staff at Eastside Hematology was a huge factor in my decision to go with Dr. Ravi. Also be assured that your actual treatment plan will be up to date per all of the standards of care. Dr. Ravi will take care of you. He knows his medicine. For me, he was the one to took care of all of the medicine and was there for every single treatment. As part of an entire treatment plan, you may need to go to a surgical oncologist, a radiation oncologist, and possibly a cosmetic surgeon. Even though I went to get second opinions for each of those for myself, Dr. Ravi's initial recommendations were already the right ones for me and ended up being the ones I selected. And as for insurance, Dr. Ravi and his staff, particularly Susan, made every effort to communicate with the insurance company to make sure that everything was approved for payment, a very important thing to remember. Thanks Dr. Ravi for everything you did for me!

This place is a textbook example of why "aesthetic" doesn't mean ethical. I showed up here in…read moreexcruciating pain, thinking I was finally going to get help--because when I called, they said they accept my insurance. What they failed to mention (and conveniently waited to drop on me once I was already in the chair) is that they don't actually bill insurance and told me they will go above and beyond to help me. You're expected to pay out of pocket, upfront, and then maybe get reimbursed by your insurance later. That's not "doing things differently." That's withholding critical information to get people in the door and trap them in a pressure situation. If I had known, I would've never wasted a second of my time here. Then, when I left a completely justified review, the owner decided to hop in and lecture me like I'm the problem. Calling my reaction "a little excessive" while I'm in pain and being forced to go find help elsewhere? Absolutely not. Don't patronize me. I was very polite in person considering the circumstances, and still pretty measured in my review--but since you wanna get cute, here's the truth: This office is all about appearances, not actual care. They'll smile while misleading you, then hit you with a guilt trip when you call them out. Mind you there's candy, soda and energy drinks in the waiting room. Guess they gotta make sure buisness keeps coming back somehow. The response I got from the owner was full of ego, excuses, and absolutely zero accountability. This experience could have been completely avoided had I been explained over the phone how "different" you guys really were. If you're okay with being gaslit while you're suffering and overcharged for it, by all means--go. But if you want transparency, actual patient care, and a team that communicates like professionals, go literally anywhere else. This place is shiny on the outside, but rotten underneath.
