Months Without Heat Pump Service, Zero Communication…read more I strongly advise anyone considering this company to think twice. My heat pump -- installed by them and still fully covered under warranty -- has been broken since January 2025. Over the past several months, I have called numerous times. Each time, I've been told by Krista that "someone will call you back." Not once has anyone actually called. Two separate technicians have come out, given me two completely different explanations for the problem, and then disappeared without follow-up. No repair date, no update, no resolution. What you can expect based on my experience: No follow-through on service calls No communication after initial contact No urgency even when equipment is under warranty and completely non-functional Conflicting information from technicians, with no accountability This is not simply poor customer service -- it's a complete disregard for customers and their contractual obligations. My equipment remains broken, and I am left chasing answers that never come. If you value professionalism, timely service, and companies that stand by their warranty commitments, look elsewhere.

It's taking me some time to write a review because I'm just not sure how to word my extreme…read morefrustration and disappointment with this company. Do not let them in your house, and do not give them money. When the 2 employees showed up for our duct cleaning, heat pump cleaning and brand new air exchange system they both stank like they've been smoking 24 hours a day for their whole lives. We'll get to why that's important later. The 2 were nice enough finished up, ran through the new air exchange controls (very quickly) and then left. Said if we had any issues to call. My first issue was that they left a massive mess where they installed the new unit. There was actually a big mess everywhere under all the ducts and I thought that's strange they vacuumed them out you'd think they'd vacuum the floor after. Anyways it wasn't a big deal and I vacuumed those floors. The mess where the install was done was on a whole different level. My floor and everything around it that was covered was just piled with black powder. It almost looked like printer toner or something? It was gross. We had some brand new white baseboard trim and moulding for a renovation we were starting that had to be thrown out. Fine we'll replace that. The next issue is they actually broke the swing of my heat pump unit when they re assembled it. There are 3 clips that control the swing and the middle one is now completely snapped off. The biggest issue is that my actual air exchanger smells like stale cigarette smoke so bad. It's absolutely disgusting. The smell moves through the house but the number one place is in my Laundry room where this was installed. I think they had my unit Stored in a van and that was the van they drove around in a smoked. I would bet any amount of money that this is the case because the smell is cigarettes. We're not the only ones who notice. Any of our family can smell it. A different man came back to check on the smell and he said there wasn't a smell it was only my laundry. Well considering we don't smoke and have never smoked in our house it was most certainly not the laundry. I tried to explain that it's the unit we can actually smell it on and in the unit. I then said that I can no longer be in my laundry room because the smell is making me physically sick and he said I was "exaggerating and being dramatic" Now at this point I was waiting for my husband to come home as the guy showed up a little early. I was in utter shock. A man would never speak to another man like that using those words. It was on top of unprofessional just straight out sexist. While we waited we touched on another issue we were having. Because the showing how the new panel works was 23 seconds long. I had a notebook with me during the explanation of the panel so I made notes on every detail the guy told us. Anyways what I was trying to explain to this guy in my house wasn't making sense to him. Which is fine. Misunderstandings happen. What wasn't fine is that he would not let me finish a sentence. I could say 2 words and then he would aggressively interrupt me. I did end up snapping a little at this point saying he wouldn't let me finish and that he could wait for my husband. I was honestly scared in my own house. First he said terrible things to me and then he was extremely aggressive. I know I wasn't wrong on thinking that because he did apologize for speaking to me like that before he left. It wasn't fine though and it's still extremely upsetting. No woman should ever fear in her own home like that. Especially from someone who was PAID to do a service. So we'll come back to the smoke issue now. He "cleaned the unit" and said they would reschedule for another duct cleaning since the smell is obviously in my house and our fault. They never called for a week and then all of a sudden we get a reminder for our appointment next day. We weren't able to be home with 12 hours notice so we called and asked to rebook. The lady in the office said well she'd have to look and hung up on us. No call back. The next day the people still showed up! I felt like a complete jerk trying to explain why they couldn't come in. I am not comfortable now being alone with anyone from this company in my house. The lady never called us back and never rescheduled. Spoiler alert: the duct cleaning won't help because this UNIT is what stinks. I think they all can't smell it because when you're around smoke that much it numbs you to it. So now my house smells like we've been chain smoking in here for 20 years. Do no hire this company. They'll break everything of yours they touch and then they'll leave you with an old stank unit and not give a shit about it after the fact. Also don't trust them around any women in your family alone as at least one employee perhaps the owner is extremely aggressive and verbally abusive.

There were four heat pumps to be cleaned and inspected. The technicians were told by me that one was leaking fluids. Only two were cleaned, yet they all received a clean bill of health. Not impressed and although the company offered to come back, it was when I would not be available. Moving to legal action and will find another company to fill my needs
