I purchased an LX3520HSD along with four additional attachments. Unfortunately, the experience has been extremely disappointing. The sales representative significantly overpromised and underdelivered. It became clear after delivery that neither the sales rep, the owner, nor their team had a proper understanding of how several of the attachments functioned. The delivery process itself took over eight hours, adding to the frustration. In hindsight, based on what we've had to figure out on our own and the complications with the attachments, spending over $70K, I would not have made this purchase. I placed an online fir a canopy for Zero turn Kubota mower. Their catalogue listed one from Orange Aftermarket which Coleman stocked. The description said it fits zero turn mowers It arrived costing almost $1000 including shipping. Unfortunately at this point I came down with a severe case of Covid and was out of commission for almost 3 weeks. During this time told my help to install the canopy. When I was well enough to check it out, it was quickly apparent it was way too small for my Zero turn mower being a ZD 331 with 72"deck. This canopy offers little protection for operator. I called Coleman about a return offering to pay return shipping,,,They refuse to take it back...Even being under the 30 day period in they return policy. I have a Kubota mower that had the drive belt slipping off. I took it in several times and spent over $900 and the problem didn't get fixed, so I ended up buying a John Deere mower. I took my farm tractor in for a hydraulic leak, spent over $2,000 on it. when I brought it home , the hydraulic grapple attached to it wasn't working. The service manager said they never tested it, and wanted more money for hauling the tractor back in and look at the problem. They do not stand behind their work, and I strongly advise anyone not to use their service department. read more

Ordered a Kubota battery from Coleman Equipment. They sent me a dry cell battery dated 2016 with a cracked case. I filled the battery with acid, picked it up, and noticed acid on the counter. The acid leaked from one of the cells and damaged my property. I contacted Coleman and had no response. Then contacted Kubota, and they said Coleman had to review. I contested the charge with my CC company and at least got my money back for the battery and now have damaged property. Coleman should have contacted me. read more

These people are crooks, tried to offer me $1500 for my trade-in mower that I paid $8200 for three seasons ago less than half of what all other dealers have offered me. I would not do business with these people they try to steal your trade-in and they would resell it for $6000, what a bunch of crooks! read more

Let me start out by saying that my experience with this company was online only and not in their store. I ordered 4 parts from their website and expected all 4 to be in stock. Turns out that 2 were not and had to be shipped to this company so they could ship all 4 parts to me. If I had known and if the website was clear that the items needed to be ordered, I wouldn't have included them in my order. But because I assumed that all were present in their stock, all were ordered. Immediately after the order was placed and my credit card hit for all items, I got an email stating that items were not in stock. Over a week passed and the company held back all the items without shipping what they have. How could this be avoided? Make it clear on your website that items are NOT IN STOCK and that you will hold items that are in stock until all are accounted for. If I had known that, I wouldn't have included the out-of-stock items in my order. Some companies like Dennis Kirk will send the instock items first then the others later in another shipment. That's problem #1. After waiting for the items I canceling the out-of-stock items in my order but no email came from the company. I placed another order for another in-stock item on the phone and again, no emails were sent. I called to try and get these missing emails and all I got was attitude from their parts staff. Now hear this: They took my money, its green and its good and all I wanted was references of what purchases were made and what cancellations were made. This turns out to have been just too much to ask the parts folks at Coleman Equipment, Inc. in Bonner Springs. There is room for improvement here folks: This is the online side of the business and its being run like something from the start of the internet days. Don't expect a total refund for an item that is to be returned, despite it being a wrong part that was ordered by the parts department, without taking a 20% restocking fee. I ordered a transmission temp gauge that was recommended by CNH (Case tech support) only to be sent the wrong gauge, when I contacted the parts manager with my issue, he was reluctant to take it back and was very condescending and not very understanding of how to deal with customer relations issues. I had a business relationship with this Company for many years only to be treated this way. To top this off, the parts manager suggested that I take my business elsewhere, to another Case dealer. If I was to conduct my business in this manner, I would be out of business, period. Take your chances when dealing with this parts manager. read more

Terrible parts department ran by a terrible parts manager. I went in to buy a head for my string trimmer and specifically asked for the speed feed head that you turn to wind up both sides simultaneously. They sold me the one that they said was right, although it was not. It was a different head worse than the one I already had, and then once I realized their mistake they refused to exchange it for the type I originally had tried to buy. Don't assume they know anything when buying parts from them. read more

WE went to Coleman to repair our ZT mower's new Kawasaki engine that was using oil and had other problems. We figured it was a lemon. They kept the mower 3 months, claiming Kawasaki required them to test the engine with "special" oil that Kawasaki was slow in sending to them. We kept pushing for an engine replacement (warranty work). They finally told us to come get it; they couldn't prove our claim and Kawasaki wouldn't replace the engine. When we picked it up, all tires were flat, the engine was a quart low on oil, and they had torn up one arm rest. We later discovered that one linkage for the wheels was fouled up, which they failed to notice and fix. In summary, they failed to return calls, seemed to be very lackadaisical in addressing our concerns, "the guy" was always "unavailable" when we called to find out what the progress was. read more
