We hired the Shine of Houston to clean screen-covered windows both on the 1st and 2nd floors of the…read morehouse on 2021-08-24. The cleaning was done as expected. However, when the crew took down the window screens before cleaning, they did not record/mark, which screen should be returned to which window (as our previous cleaning company did). As the result, when they tried to put the screens back, they did not fit. The company management was responsive to our complaints and sent the workers back 2 times trying to fix the screens properly. But the problem still remained. Later, I had to spend a half of a weekend trying to match the screens to the windows. It turns out, the crew put 2 screens from the back of the house to the front windows (the window frames on the front are about 1-2 inch shorter than the ones on the back).
