Terrible. My LVP flooring was initially installed in April, they did a horrible job installing,…read morebouncy spots everywhere and a crinkly gritty noise whenever anyone (even the cat) walks on it. The owner Sergei came out and noticed a bunch of installation mistakes and sent a different crew to "fix it" and, while the new crew did improve one issue, he did not fix everything. So CAUTION, if you get any type of plank flooring, expect it to sound like they have lined the floor with sand or plastic bags when you walk around, because according to Flooring America, that is NORMAL??? I'm so bummed we spent so much money on flooring and just as much on installation for an install that is sub par and no one at the company cares. It is like pulling teeth trying to get them to respond and we have been very patient. This has been ongoing for months. I really wanted to love my floors, but every step is a reminder of all the money we spent on crappy product and crappy installation...do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere.

Everything went OK except when it was time to install the carpet I was shocked at how Uncut service friendly the female owner was with respect to our busy schedule. Customer Service is my wheelhouse I worked as a manager for many years at a major credit card. When you're in your own business, you need to make your customers priority number one night yourselves. It rubbed me the wrong way, and I just am writing this in hopes that they will understand the importance of putting their customers firstwhile balancing their busy work schedule as well. I am hoping this review helps them do better so they are successful.

We had a fence installed that looks great--high quality, visually appealing, and completed quickly…read more The installation team was accommodating when they realized they didn't initially have the correct materials and made an extra trip to get what was needed. Unfortunately, the customer service experience overshadowed the quality of the work. Our original quote needed adjustment because the fence placement was off-center from the house. We reviewed a drawing and agreed to updates, but a revised invoice was never provided. When the crew arrived, they were unaware of the changes. After receiving the invoice, I reached out requesting a breakdown of the additional charges, as it wasn't clear--but never received a response. The company later claimed they had emailed multiple times, but there is no record of those messages--only unrelated marketing emails. The situation escalated when the owner showed up unannounced and repeatedly knocked on our door while we were both working from home on important calls. When we attempted to pay, every option included additional fees, including ACH. At this point, the fence itself looks great, but the communication, billing clarity, and overall customer service made the process far more stressful than it should have been. Unfortunately, not worth the effort or continued frustration.
