My wife and I stopped in here with another couple after dinner. They had never been to Coldstone and they were impressed. My wife and I shared a large Germanchökolätekäke (German Chocolate Cake) in a waffle bowl. This has chocolate ice cream, chocolate brownie, pecans, coconut and caramel. We opted for no caramel. A large was more than enough to satisfy the two of us. The lady that waited on us was super cheerful and helpful. There was literally one person working at the counter on a Saturday late afternoon. There were 10 customers inside the shop waiting for ice cream given today was very warm, management should've scheduled another employee to assist other customers. The girl in the counter was very nice and helpful. I felt bad that she had to do all the work by herself. They should have at least two employees to operate the store for safety and maximize profits. He even had a couple of customers who were a little more challenging but handled everything with professionalism and a smile. Kind of sad that management/ownership/corporate does not pay attention to their Yelp reviews. Let's just say that I won't be visiting this store again and I wish my husband wouldn't. I ordered one scoop of French vanilla in a waffle cone but was so disappointed when she pulled the cone from the case with no gloves on therefore she had her bare hands on my cone. YUCK, never mind that we are also in the Pandemic. I wanted to tell her to change it but I was shy and took the cone from her. I honestly couldn't enjoy the ice cream so I ate the cone from the bottom and tossed the upper half. I also noticed that the cone smelled a lot like eggs. Yes I know eggs are in the cone batter. Can we also talk about how dirty the store was? Napkins on the floor and it is dark inside. I didn't order any toppings because they just looked germy and stale. I just think that food service establishments should make every effort to show their customers that they operate in a sanitary, fresh and clean environment. There are many chairs and tables providing ample seating for all patrons, and ample parking available. Worst consumer experience ever. Will never return. My Children's birthday was ruined by the poor service and mismanagement at this location. I never received my prepaid order for my ice cream cake, and cupcakes. And the following day when my wife finally got in contact with the manager Joanne, she was as unprofessional as it gets, no compassion or understanding, and spoke in a very condescending manner. She also doesn't turn on the air conditioner on certain days, so you're in there sweating. Very stingy with the servings. Went to this location yesterday for the first time because of national ice cream day. This location is insanely small and if there is any type of like you won't be able to move or sit , comfortably. They had a lot of different flavors than my local coldstone and they didn't have as many chocolate options. When we first arrived there were 2 workers and then not long after a third joined. They tried to keep the line moving as fast as possible - two of the workers would take a party and then the third worker would finish the group and check you out - I'm assuming she's the manager. She wasn't all that nice. I had s coupon that coldstone sent me and she told me they're only doing the rewards now and pointed to this little screen. I didn't know if I was supposed to scan my coupon or what. I typed in my phone number and she was just waiting and didn't say anything. I showed her the screen which only says I had 0 points. She said that she'd take the coupon but only once and next time I had to do the rewards. I'm 99.9% sure I signed up for the Rewards so I don't think that's the problem, but coldstone obviously still sent out coupons outside of the rewards so I felt it was a little rude of her. I know she's just doing her job, and I know the place was busy but I obviously tried to do it the way she told me and she just seemed annoyed. That aside that seems more like a company issue than anything. My ice cream was good but between mine and my dad's they weren't as filled as we usually get our cups. Maybe this store just couldn't handle the influx of people that were coming but I know I won't go to this location with a coupon again. read more

The staff at this location are friendly and speedy in asking what you would like. There is limited seating inside and only a couple spots outside to eat. The place appears clean. First of all I went out of my way to go to this location because the location on Easton was horrible. When I pulled up to this location I thought they were closed because it was so dark. We walked up to the door and my husband said it was closed cause they're doing work in there. But it was just a bunch of taken apart cold cases and wood and junk in the window. There was a worker at the counter. We walk in and every table has napkins and old cups on the tables. The girl was short with me at best. I personally thought she was rude but thought maybe it was just my opinion. When we left everyone agreed that she was rude. The ice cream sucked. There were barely any toppings added. Just terrible then on top of paying a lot for crappy ice cream and bad customer service we had to eat in our cars because the tables and everything was such a mess. I don't think I'll ever going to any cold stone again since I've had bad experiences at multiple locations. Terrible company. read more

Coldstone is always a solid place to pick up ice cream when you're looking for a delicious, freshly made dessert. I've been to Coldstone many times but this was my first time attending this one. It was a Monday evening, and they were pretty packed. They were out of mint and sweet cream ice cream, which is weird because I'm aware that they make it fresh and then keep backups in the freezer for when they run out, but they didn't seem to have any. A girl left the front of a fairly long line when she discovered she was waiting in line to get a flavor of ice cream that wasn't in stock. I ordered a chocolate milkshake with oreos, and I'm pretty sure they only put one Oreo in it. I couldn't really taste it, and usually I can see the little black specks of cookie in the shake but it just looked like plain chocolate. My boyfriend got the peanut butter creation and thought it was okay. As to be expected, the ice cream comes at a very high price. My dissatisfaction only comes because my milkshake only had one mix-in in it, and at the price they charge it should have been done right. read more

What can you really say about Cold Stone? Always Amazing!!! I love this place no doubt since the first time I went years ago in college. I have never been the same about ice cream again. This is definitely my go to for ice scream and pure indulgence. I usually get the Founders Favorite or This is How I Roll in a waffle cone. Soooo good I don't even think about the pounds I'm gaining as I'm eating lol. I've tasted their ice cream cakes before and those are also good. Horrible experience with the owner/manager when I went in to use a BOGO coupon I received in an email, the email stated the coupon had to be printed for use in specific stores- this was not one of them. At check out she said that it had to be printed out, in a condescending tone she said if I had told her before she started my order she would have stated that from the beginning. There were other people in the store and she was the only one there so I didn't want to be that person holding it up. In the end the coupon was useless, I submitted a complaint to corporate which went nowhere, and I over paid for sub par ice cream. read more
