Super nice people that work here but we drove 45 minutes to come and get their coffee ice cream and if you close your eyes, you would not even know it's coffee ice cream. It had no coffee flavor whatsoever so somehow the formula got messed up because we've had it at other cold stones, which made us want to drive all the way out to this one to get the same wonderful deep, flavored coffee and now I'm driving around looking for another Ice cream store so I can actually get coffee ice cream. I was so excited and surprised to see that there was a dairy free option besides your typical sorbets! The silk chocolate almond milk was so delicious and a wonderful option for those who may be sensitive to dairy. If you have an allergy, definitely proceed with caution. The icecream was delicious but was stored alongside all other icecream so there's risk for cross contamination. My recommendation would be for this to be stored in a separate freezer or a closed container so more people can enjoy this lovely dairy free option! The employees were extremely friendly and there was a long line but they worked so hard and got us out the door quickly. I would not recommend this place at all the customer service is horrible! I am not even exaggerating I rarely give 1 star but this place deserves every bit of 1 star. My friends and I walked into this location after hibachi. No one greeted us but they were absolutely assisting the Caucasian customers with open arms (I am not one to ever be sensitive about this or use this often but when it's there it's there). Finally they called a Hispanic female from the back to help us. My friends didn't even order anything. I did (because I was craving it) but even the ice cream was messily put in my cup and seemed runny. I wish I took pics but I was very disgusted. We went outside and stayed out talking for a long time. It was then closing time. The employees "cleaned up" the outside and then closed up. Avoid shady businesses like this one and if you absolutely have to go here, DO NOT LEAVE A TIP. Husband manages, wife owns the building, they hire highschool kids, tell them they don't get to keep tips, but if a customer tips them, management pockets the money. this would not be an issue if they were upfront with the customers about it since this is their policy, BUT If a customer asks if the employees keep the tips, they are forced to lie and say yes out of fear of suspension or termination. Shame on you for stealing from people and for shorting young kids out here trying to do the right thing and just entering the workforce. If your excuse for this is that you have a tip jar, then you need to write a sign on the tip jar, that the money goes to the owners, who are already making a profit off of the sales, and not the employees. disgusting.. read more

I came here on Saturday 11/11/23 at night. The service at this place is horrendous. I waited on line with my daughter for over 30 minutes. That's not even why I'm upset. I'm upset because I had been first in line for over 15-20 minutes and the employees behind the counter kept taking everyone's order behind me, yet completely ignoring that I was even there. I finally Said something and then just walked out. The employees behind the counter are completely oblivious and talking amongst themselves. I will never come here again. The owner keeps all tips for himself and everyone working here looks under 16. read more

Horrible service. Pre ordered a cake and it wasn't ready on time and when I received it, it was melting. They refused to refund or take the cake back. They used one excuse about a broken freezer at the store and when I contacted the manager he wanted me to take the cake back for them fix the day of the event as if I had time and gave me a run around that the freezer was not broken which my cake was in. 2 different stories. They didn't even call to let me know if was running late and even tried blaming me for the reason the cake was bad. Take your orders somewhere else or even Publix who can do a way better job than Coldstone. Picked up another cake from Publix that day and it was 110 times better for half the price. read more

I came here after dinner for dessert with my mom on her birthday. She wanted the coffee lover only, love it, in a waffle cone. At the end of the line, the kid who gave her the ice cream cone, handed her a cup and said "oh the cone broke". I asked him politely "can you please remake it?" He was so shocked I asked him for this request!!!!!! I said it was my moms birthday and first time here. I would like the experience to be better. To whom it may concern, I had the most incredible experience at this Cold Stone location! I have lived in this area for more than 15 years and almost cannot remember a time where this specific location was not here. Many times visiting after a nice dinner at the Japanese Steakhouse adjacent to it, and nothing more than disappointed every time. I guess the only difference between my most current visit and the hundreds of visit before was the staff. Your most recent hire, Samantha, who humbly informed me that it was merely her second day, 100% made my experience, and ultimately kept my business at your store. As you know there are a plethora of competitors opening around you, which should not matter if you continue to hire a team like Samantha. Everyone sells the same ice cream, but sometimes it matters more about your customer service. It seems like if you invest in your team, they will in turn invest in you :) 10/10 Samantha needs to be promoted!! read more

My friend and I both placed mobile orders and were both missing toppings. I got a mud pie mojo and it had 0 Oreos in it. I filed a complaint online and the manager emailed me to pretty much say you should of brought it back. Why would I drive all the way back after picking up? There are no real Covid 19 precautions at this store. I was shocked when I walked into this location and saw NO social distancing being enforced, the store was full of about 15 guests who were not 6 feet apart. No guests were wearing masks. The pens being used to sign credit cards were not sanitized. We are in the middle of a pandemic, and it seems like your company is not enforcing any measurers to keep your guests or worker safe. This is absolutely irresponsible. I will not be visiting any of your locations, and I will tell others not to do the same until you make some changes to take social distancing, capacity rules, and sanitation seriously. read more

The ice cream is delicious. For the price and taste, I'd consider this "premium" ice cream. But the service is lacking. Service is about a clean and clutter free environment just as much as it is about how the people treat you. Franchise owners need to stop being cheap and hire a manager to work on each shift. Someone to ensure the place is clean, manage the team and train on customer service. We, the customers, are keeping your business going with an average transaction of $20. Act like you give a shit about the people that keep your doors open. read more

Five years ago when she moved to Florida where she made a care er change and she began her baking business by creating custom cakes in her home kitchen. From there she was able to expand out to opening her own shop serving all kinds of baked treats. The adorable pink and white bakery was built by Careli's husband Kevin who also built the selfie booths at So Selfless Selfie Studios in the mall. The bakery cases are stocked with cookies, cakepops, alfajores, cupcakes, pavlova, bread pudding, tres leches, strawberry shortcake, quick breads and volcano cakes made with Venezuelan chocolate. They also sell custom cakes with some examples on display made out of styrofoam. I believe my friend learned about this bakery from Instagram and wanted to check it out while we were in the mall. Although we both really wanted to like our desserts my friend found her cupcakes dry and my cannoli shell was soggy. Cannoli are best when piped fresh and I should have known when they took one already made out of the refrigerator case. The bakery is super cute and I would consider stopping by again. Next time I would try the volcano cake which is one of their best sellers.

Thankfully the same barista continues to work there and work his magic with the coffee machine! The service was extremely friendly and helpful. He gave me time to look over the new menu and answered any questions that I had about it. I ordered a hot caramel latte and the tripleta wrap. Both of which were absolutely delicious. It definitely appears to be a popular place for people to study and work. I ordered a hot latte since it was a little chilly inside and I really enjoyed it. My partner also really liked their vanilla frappe. Their croissant sandwiches were also really good. I did the ham and cheese, my partner did the breakfast sandwich with candied bacon which he said was amazing. If I am in the area I would go back.
