It was me and my boyfriend. I was being helped by one girl and another to my boyfriend. My boyfriend didn't realize how small the size was that he got and I had already paid. Then my boyfriend KINDLY asked how much it was to add more ice cream to make it a medium and her name was Maria and she gave to worst attitude and look towards my boyfriend and sighed and walked away with attitude. I bought a small dish of banana ice cream tonight and asked for a cup of ice water. I was informed that I could only have a dentist-size tiny little cup of tap water. Really? That's how they want to treat a valued guest? I guess the ice cream itself was pretty good.....not sure that it was worth the $5.38 I paid, but then to insult me by giving me a three swallow cup of water? I am so sad after leaving cold stone last night. I went at around 8:15pm. Also it was college night (25% off for college students) I waited in line for 45mins. When I got to the the register it was 9:01pm, and the girl told me she could not use my college ID as it was too late. I was a minute late! From waiting in a 45 minute line! This saddened me because I am graduating college next week and will no longer be able to use it anymore. It was certainly not fair I was just 1 minute from the deadline. read more

I honestly haven't been there since my last review. We went yesterday and it was $24.91 for three ice creams. Yeah, that's really pricey. And their waffle cones are not good, so we ate the ice cream out of them and threw them away. Total waste of money. read more

You know I used to have to have it! The employees in this business are so stupid for lack of a better word.I thought the point was so you could have basically anything u wanted all mixed up on a cold slab then put in a cup or cone to enjoy. Well I decided to try the new hot stones that look so yummy but, when I ask for mint and coffee mixed she says "I can't mix them" I'm like what? I have been to this shop, so to my surprise when I was told that I would have to pay $9 for container to hold my ice cream I was surprised. It happened once and I thought that maybe the worker was just having a bad day, and was taking it out on me. I gave the place another chance... the ice cream I purchased didn't fit in the small container so I asked if they could put in in a bigger container, instead of 2 smaller ones. I was told that I would have to pay an additional $9 for the container. so I would have paid almost $20 for ice cream. when I asked the young lady if that was right, she said that's what she was told to do by her manager. So I told her to go ahead and charge me almost $20 for some ice-cream. To everyone else surprise in line, they couldn't believe they were charging me that and they started to voice there dismay. so the lady didn't charge me and I left. I just came here for the first time in almost 8 months and it was ridiculously packed. There was no rhyme or reason to how the line was managed and everyone ended up blocking the door which is a fire hazard. I counted over 50 people in line in the room which has to be close to capacity. There were a few staff members on but they were only using one side of the station and not the other. Why bother having two if you never use it? Instead of tripping over each other to make ice cream be more efficient and use the tools you have! It took more than a half hour to get ice cream. Way too long! I'll be contacting cold stone corporate during business hours about this, since this is not my first bad experience here. Unfortunately I have to give one star..The ice cream was ok. The service was Horrible! I have no idea who the trainer is, but please start training people who actually want to work. When I arrived with my family/friend, it wasn't busy at all. They were just standing around..My order was re-done more than twice( smh) when she finally finished my icecream was like soup, a friend that was with me her order looked like pudding.. they told us that's how its supposed to look ( rude tone voice) . I asked to speak with a manager or someone in charge and they said, person in charge is away for a few months.. the place was clean, that I can say. Manager was rude when we asked kindly if someone could help because he was clearly new and it was a lot, and didn't help the employee when he asked for help at the register. Went this past Saturday night and it was super busy. We had a large order but the girl who was helping our party, Kassidy, was so nice and did such a good job. I used to work at a different cold stone so I know it's not always easy when it gets so busy the line is out the door, but we were all really impressed with how well this girl did. Stopped here one Friday, and now it's becoming something we do every week! Now I look forward to going and getting a treat. The sweet cream is amazing and I usually get a love-it size. One of the things I like about Cold Stone is that you can have 2 flavors side by side, so if you are looking at two flavors and can't decide which you like best, just get them side by side. If you are at the Basketball Hall of Fame, definitely stop by for some ice cream! They also have milk shakes and some other sweet choices. Now, there are some complaints I have about this place. Once, they made the milkshake so thick that my mother couldn't drink it (seriously) so she had to let it sit for an hour before it was even drinkable. Another time, they assumed we wanted the same thing we got a couple months before, even though we wanted something new, so we ended up not even getting what we wanted.
