Always enjoy their ice creams and cakes! Ordered a cake online for pickup, got there and 2 ladies working on 1/12/25 at 7pm. They weren't too busy, Finally acknowledged us after we stood there 5 minutes, she went back to get the cake and said this is the only one back there. I said I yes, I think it's mine but doesn't have any writing (asked for happy birthday message). She said 'I don't have any way of checking g if you paid for it because there's no sticker on it'. She Didn't care that I paid $35 for an order they didn't get right. So, she's thinks I'm leaving g without paying and giving me attitude about it because one of her co-workers made my cake and didn't put a sticker on it??? She was so freaking rude, basically saying out loud to me that she thinks I'm stealing because someone there didn't do their job right. Can you order anything this day and age online without paying up front ? I told her to look it up, she said I can't. No thank you or anything.. next time I'll go somewhere else. Very poor customer service here. Got our asses chewed by the female worker there for using the bathroom, my husband and I. Not to mention in front of a party of 7. No one else was there when we walked in. Very unprofessional. When in customer service you should focus on the customers you're waiting on and if you have a problem you can do it nicely when you're not serving a whole group of ppl. We ordered two items both in the 'Like it' size. When removed from the bag it was quickly apparent that one weighed conciderably less than the other. ThIs was the trigger to place the item, cup and lid, on the kitchen scale. The result was 5.6 onces. It seriously looked as if it would've weighed an ounce or two less. According to the store manager, the 'Like it' size includes five ounces of ice cream so my order was correct. I tried to get an explanation regarding how the container with lid, as well as the brownie topping could weigh just half an ounce. She responded with the same explanation about the amount of ice cream that's included in the 'Like it' size. My response was simple; you'll NEVER see us again. read more

2 teenage girls helped me and my friend. we saw them eating sandwiches off to the side with gloves on and when they finally acknowledged us they proceeded to scoop and serve our ice cream wearing their sandwich/saliva covered gloves. gross read more

On this occasion, the kids had the cotton candy flavor (they liked it, I thought it was so-so) and the parents had the banana caramel crunch (this was awesome!) + Restroom (important when you have children). + Service was very pleasant. + Located close to the KOA Missoula campground (in case you're staying there). Great service great menu, ice creams were full of flavour, we didn't take the largest servings, and ours were huge, so if your not a big eater, take the smaller sizes. We really enjoyed our ice creams, the range of flavours is huge, and the waffle cones is delicious! read more

i got the cheesecake ice cream. WOULD NOT RECOMEND, unless you really like cheese puffs. this dish reminded me of fourth grade pizza parties where we would get those styrofoam type cheese puff balls. tastes like they dumped that powder in and called it "cheesecake". read more

Brandon is extremely rude rude rude!!! Just left cold stone in Missoula Montana. So extremely disappointed!! We walked in 10 minutes prior to closing with my family, 9 year old, 7 year old, and 4 year old kids who btw were extremely excited to go there!! My kids who were trying to decide what they wanted mixed in their ice cream and he was raising his voice rushing them to order. To be specific he told my son he had to keep the tempo going because he wanted to close he had a really busy day!!! If Brandon really is the manager at this location he should either hire more employees (who probably won't work for him), or resign!!! We have NEVER been treated like this and I have worked in the food industry and wouldn't treat anyone like that. It's definitely more expensive than Dairy Queen or Baskin Robbins but this is REAL ice cream, not soft serve. If you've never had cake batter ice cream, you're missing out. It's the richest tasting ice cream I've ever had- throw a brownie and some carmel in there and you'll never go anywhere else. A year ago they had Mojito Sorbet- never seen that anywhere else. Absolutely filthy dirty. Trash outside was so full and covered with old ice cream sludge we couldn't even throw our cups out. Staff was impersonal, rude and poorly trained. Both napkin dispensers were broken and the guy behind the counter grumbled and stomped off when we asked for more. Waffle cones are good. Don't try the cake batter ice cream. I read the sign for it and my mouth started salivating, reminiscing of Safeway's generic brand Cake batter ice cream, which surprisingly is bomb. I thought since it was Cold Stone it would be equal in taste and perhaps even a notch above. WRONG. It was yucky. I'll try another flavor next time. read more

Me and my kids went there this past weekend for the first time-I have not ever been to one and they have the BEST ice cream and the service was very fast and friendly. We stood in line for 20 mins only to hear the MANAGER tell the lady Infront of us that the ice cream she wanted was too hard to serve and she had to choose another, and them gave him our order only to be told he wouldnt give it to us because it contained peanut butter and they were to busy to clean the scoops so there was no cross contamination. I've been to cold stone numerous times, busy and slow times and have NEVER been told we couldn't have a certain ice cream...the people infront of us left empty handed and so did we.
