I was there yesterday around 12 pm waited for a good 15 min and no worker would come out. The place was clearly open I even yelled out to see if anyone would hear me but no reply. I am 6 months pregnant and had a very big craving I was highly disappointed. As I make my way out of the store into my car I see the girl come out almost like she was waiting for me to leave. Anyways I went back into the store because like I said I had a big craving. Cold Stone...you had me at "peanut butter cup awesome sauce" and yes the name says it all...it is awesome :) this is by far my favorite flavor. Only getting two stars because I like the ice cream. The service however considering we are in the middle of a pandemic sucks. After having difficulty with trying to place an order via the cold stone app and the cold stone website and showing it to the young lady. The young lady asked me to place the order on Uber eats which was a whole $6 more had the app and website worked. I think the store and owners of this franchise should be understanding if I'm physically there showing them I am unable to place the order to take my order while I'm there standing at the door. Rather than ask me to pay an extra $6 on Uber eats. And the way I was spoken to was like as if I was stupid and didn't know what I was doing. Which was unappreciated. Also Uber eats doesn't have all the mix ins- I was ordering a "mine" with cake batter ice cream but no option for mix ins. Even if I got a "gotta have it" there's no option for cherry pie filling. PS I used to work for cold stone when I was 15 and it was all about customer service and helping the customer. So expected it to continue that way but it seems times have changed. read more

I'm all about the service and this place is for sure one of the best cold stones I've been to. I went on a Sunday at 7:30pm and it was extremely packed, however that didn't stop the employees for doing a great job. The line went by super quick, the employees were very sweet and attentive. They did their occasional singing (rare at other locations) and made sure every person in there was taken care of. The ice cream was delicious but that's a given! Cold stone has one of the best ice creams all around but if you don't like super sweet ice cream stick to frozen yogurt lol. I always get the chocolate ice cream with brownie mixed in on a waffle bowl and can't miss the whip cream on top! The location is also very clean and fully stocked!! read more

Crew is friendly and extremely young so expect fulanita and fulanito to be talking about twitter and high schools stuff, other than that they are fast and serve with a smile. Place is always clean and peaceful to enjoy a 3 star ice cream in peace. This definitely better location than pinecrest and 8th street. read more

Cold Stone has been my go-to ice-cream place for years until earlier today... I decided to go to my favorite ice cream place in hopes to get my usual. Eager to eat it I pay and quickly run towards my car so I can eat my sweet sweet ice-cream. Until I locked eyes with the most horrid topping you could ever have on an ice-cream. A BUG. Despaired I went back into the store to see if the manager on duty would give me a refund. But he REFUSED and said it was just a chocolate chip?!?! I think his name is Richy , Reese, Rick? I was in the area and stopped in at this cold stone. The staff is super friendly and seem to be having a good time working there. What impressed me the most was the cleanliness. They have the most spotless public bathroom I have ever come across! Makes me feel confident that the food I am eating there is clean. They also had no problem accommodating my preferences in my order. I had the sweet and salty twist, which was delish! I will DEFINITELY be coming here again, even if it's out of the way.
