The food was good. The people were nice, but it amazed me. There are 4 people working that me and my girlfriend were the only 2 there, and there were gummy bears and ice cream and Eminem's on the floor napkins, ice cream on a table, and they're just sitting around talking, unbelievable. This is the worst Coldstone we've ever been too! We moved away 5 years ago and just came back; we forgot how bad this Coldstone is and made the mistake of patronizing this establishment again. Most Coldstones across the country (literally we've been from East to West) give you a beautiful bowl overflowing with their pricey concoctions. Not this one! They are stingy with their goods! They look nothing like any other Coldstones we've ever been too. Their portions don't even reach the top of the bowl, you're paying the same premium price for a third of the product you get at any other Coldstone we've ever been too! Don't waste your money. Although I love the taste of their ice cream, I have to sadly leave a 1 star review. I ordered a $16 quart of ice cream after moving to a new apartment, and I needed cups for everyone to share the sweet sweet goods. They refused to give me cups, stating that the manager Elizabeth does not allow them to give paper cups with bulk orders. Like I said, I ordered a $16 quart, and was not even allowed to get 2 paper cups to share the ice cream with my family. Super messed up. read more

Been coming to this location for a couple of years now, I must say the customer courtesy has declined to an unsatisfactory level. Today my family were greeted with attitude prior to any engagement with staff. Our cashier Madison D. was disrespectfully callous. She made us feel rushed and unwelcome. Mind you the traffic normal and we only ordered 3 strawberry blondes. We requested napkins to which we did not receive. We requested lids to our ice cream cups to which she basically tossed at us. She was very short with us and seemed to be visually agitated, very unprofessional. Her character displayed today is not a good look for the company and it is especially bad for the franchisee. Unfortunately I will now go outside of my way to find another location as I no longer feel this location regards customer courtesy as a pillar of their business model. read more

Walked into this facility at 9:30pm, of course we knew it closes at 10:00pm. From the moment we walked in the look i got from worker that attended us we weren't too welcome. The "I'm ready to go attitude" was on high. I put my order in it was total attitude. Her tone, her body language was HORRIBLE customer service. It's not like we came in at 9:59pm. AND at 9:54pm they turned off lights! What a nice way to say "get out"! I really hope this changes, I really have not had this negative experience in the past. I decided to finally try this ice cream after hearing people good things about it. I ordered the Coffee Lovers in a medium cup. Which consisted of coffee ice-cream, health candy pieces, almond and caramel. The mixture was a great combo. Not sure how i feel about the ice-cream. The service was very good. The three stars are for the ice cream only. CSC is my favorite place to get ice cream. Now the reason for not giving the other two stars. This location use to be my go to location however, my last two visits here, a young lady name Madison (I hope one person doesn't log in and everyone uses the register) whose name is on the receipt, is the worlds worst person I've experienced in years. She is very unprofessional. She basically threw my cup of ice cream on the counter once she prepared it and was ready to ring my order. She asked me if I wanted napkins and said "yes", I never received the napkins. At the same time, another young lady was trying to sign out as it was likely the end of her shift (this doesn't justify Madison's behavior). I had to ask for a lid to go on my ice cream. It would make sense to automatically ask the customer if they want a lid especially since the store doesn't allow customers to eat inside due to COVID. She had my blood boiling. Thank goodness, I'm not the person I use to be because I wanted to address her about her unprofessional demeanor. I didn't expect her to jump for joy for my presence nor did I expect to go for ice cream and pretty much have my experience feeling like I was disrespected. Due to her mannerism, I will find another location to have ice cream even if it means, I have to drive an hour to get it. The drive will be worth it to never have to experience her attitude again. Money spends anywhere and I refuse to continue to patronize a business if me and money are not appreciated. And lastly, she pushed the receipt into my hand as she was providing me my receipt to sign. It is so unfortunate for a business to have such a great product and the employee ruin the entire place. But thankfully, this location is not the only CSC in the area. I took my sister to the local cold stone in Aberdeen and it was a horrible experience. For one when she walked out of the shop with the ice cream was already dripping and melting everywhere and even though she had told them that the order was to go they still didn't put the lid on the cup and just just handed her a lid that was too small. After we left I was informed that one of the girls was extremely rude to my sister and once we got home we had to clean up melted ice cream. read more

Best cold stone I've been to and I'm not a huge ice cream fan. If you get a hankering and need to satisfy that sweet tooth, this is definitely the place. They have all you can ask for in ice cream, keep it clean and organized and then when you think you're done ordering you glance at their display of truffles and chocolate assortments.... My husband ordered a double scoop of strawberry and chocolate at the Cold Stone Creamery and ended throwing it out-- why waste calories on really poor tasting ice cream?? Strawberry tasted fake and chocolate was meh. I bought 2 dark chocolate almond clusters remembering-how yummy they were at Rocky Mountain Chocolates back in the day when I lived in Park City, UT . These were beyond awful! It had a really off flavor, not sure if they were old and stale or what, but when a simple chocolate almond cluster is inedible that's not a good sign. See my check in... not happy with customer service. Little guy behind the counter refused to sell me a kid size cone because "he didn't see a kid with me". Since when can't I order whatever I want?
