And they stay in the house with the family. The owner does let you know that if multiple fights break out due to your dog they will have to move the dog to another space on their property with a large kennel room type thing. They will definitely tell you if there are any incidents and are incredible about updating you by text and photo. We received almost daily updates. If you have a dog that needs to have solo time/tends to fight with other dogs/doesn't get along with others they also have a separate fenced area for them. This is in a separate little building right next to the house. They get indoor and outdoor time. This way everyone's furry family member can be safe and also get some run time in. I wasn't looking for anything fancy like those kennels with "spa times". I was looking for something affordable, safe, and fun for my dog. This seemed like a good fit and my dog had a blast. She slept for about a week and a half after I brought her home from her two week stay. They are great at managing all types of dog personalities and are transparent about the facilities. My dog was seen on 04/11/26. A cytology was performed and he was diagnosed with both a yeast and…read morebacterial infection. I was prescribed Mometamax. A follow up appointment was scheduled, on the day of the appointment, the office staff called and asked if I could give up my time slot for another family as they needed to euthanize their animal, which of course I did. No one ever called to reschedule. Fast foward, my dog has another ear infection and I called the vet to ask for a refill for the medication. I was first informed by an Office Manager, not the vet, that I would need to bring my dog back to determine if it was bacterial or yeast infection. Why would that matter since it was both last time and I was prescribed this medication? I asked to speak with a vet, someone who has medical training. I was informed someone would call me back. More than 24 hours later, no one had called. I called the office again and was informed the vet would call me back "in between appointments." Once the vet finally called back, she spit out the same rhetoric as the officer manager. I explained my dog was traumatized the first time and was not having the same procedure done twice in a two month period. Just looking to make money off poor suffering animals.
