The Bronx Bar and Marcus Market are also conveniently located across the street if you're looking to pick up some essentials or kill time with a brew or burger while doing the wash. This laundromat is clean and bright and now has multiple murals adding splashes of color to the walls. They still rock the classic Ms. PAC Man/Galaga machine. I recommend Galaga as the down on the joystick doesn't work too well and you don't even need that direction for Galaga. Disappointingly, pinball wasn't plugged in on my last visit. Presumably it's out of order. I'd come here more if I actually did laundry when the sun was up instead of during the wee hours.

I think there's also after school programs for children, there's help for seniors and low income people to get help navigating the various programs or grants that may be available to them. Unfortunately, my experience with this company was extremely disappointing. I sent in brand-new towels, and they came back terribly stained and completely unusable. The service cost me nearly $250, and when I contacted the owner to address the issue, I was met with an incredibly rude, defensive, and unprofessional response. Rather than taking responsibility or attempting to find a reasonable solution, the owner blamed the damage on spray tans, makeup, and mold. I explained that if the towels were so badly stained that they could not be properly cleaned, I should have been notified before the service was completed and I was charged nearly $250. Instead, I was left with ruined, brand-new towels and no resolution. The owner's response was essentially, "I don't know what to tell you, and I don't know what you want me to do." He then informed me that, based on our conversation, our business relationship was over. Upon entering the building in the summer be prepared for groups of guys hanging in the parking lot and around the front entrance. Today the attendant did not have the key to the restroom which I don't understand why it's locked in the first place. When I was finally able to get in the restroom, the attendant came BANGING hard on the door which startled me cause I was in the middle of relieving myself. I'm definitely going to be showing pictures of this place, The machines that you get quarters from are usually down or taking your money.
