I had brought my Toyota Tacoma 2003 to master mechanics in Conway May 27th 2026 the mechanic told…read moreme when I called him last Friday to bring it in that day. I thought that a rattling noise came from the muffler according to Josh the noise came from the universal joints where the drive shaft is. I told Josh not to do it because if he can't get the right part then I don't want it done. He says he got the right part. I was there from 7:30 in the morning to 7:30 at night he cut my muffler he didn't put it back on or weld it back on cuz he had to cut it because he. Even though there was nothing wrong with the muffler according to Josh, he he didn't replace the muffler and he cut it in half and left it and then he put on the universal joint and it was the wrong one which he told me he had the right one I told him not to do it and he still did it. He called me names for vanity because I wouldn't leave my vehicle he wanted me to leave it. I told him I'm not leaving my vehicle with him I wanted you to call a tow man so I called the tow man he came and towed my vehicle to another mechanic's place cuz I didn't trust Josh. Not the way that guy carries himself he carries himself unprofessionally. To all you people out there don't bring your car to master mechanics in Conway it's a joke. Josh treated me real bad. Do not take your vehicle to that place because Master mechanics will destroy your truck like he did mine he left my drive shaft with the universal joint off of the vehicle he didn't wield my will he didn't weld my muffler back the way he says he was going to do because there was nothing wrong with it he left it because I didn't want to leave my vehicle with him.

Unfortunately, they don't iron, but that's fine, I could take care of that in my hotel. So, here's the question you ask yourself - For two loads of laundry, do you spend $4/load for wash and dry, plus sit in a crappy laundromat, or do you drop your laundry off, spend $16, and have everything taken care of. I know what I'd choose, again and again.
