Just moved into the area. Needed blankets washed, horrible, horrible, place. Don't come. What sadden me more is that our elderly population, who are on a fixed income, are losing their money. I am driving to the Avelon Pier, to retrieve my money from Kenny.

Make sure to bring your own detergent, because the dispensers don't work!! We lost $2.00 in the machines. This laundry needs updating really bad!!

Change machine did not give me any quarters back after I put $5 :( (and no the 'out of service' light wasn't on). Most washers are out of order. The soap dispenser has no soap or dryer sheets so bring your own. The a/c also doesn't work inside. These 2 kind ladies were here when my girlfriend and I showed up and luckily they lived here and had change. There is a gas station and DQ I'm walking distance if you need change. Still got my things washed though being that it's the only coin laundromat near.

"Emergency" phone number on door.

Easy peasy. Nice Speed Queen machines. A couple larger ones for bulky loads. In and out in just over an hour.

I'm not sure what the previous customer experienced but this place is okay. Plenty of washers and dryers, not too busy, and rather clean.

Time to wash the comforter and found this little gem to use for this purpose. Not your typical coin…read moreop, extremely clean, reasonably priced and staff was friendly and very helpful with recommendation of best machines to use. They have 2, 4, and 6 load capacity washers with prices ranges based on needs (also varies with setting if going between light or heavy launder requirements). Went late morning and was not too busy, the 4 load capacity washers were all in use so I had to use a 6 which was more suited to what I had brought anyhow. Highly recommended and will be back for future use.

I come here when I have multiple loads to knock out all at once. I tend to come here midweek…read morebecause the weekends can be extremely packed, especially on Sunday. My last visit, I went on a Wednesday and it was pretty empty. The two ladies who were here were cleaning the laundromat, making sure there wasn't dust anywhere including the game machine in the front. They were also wiping down the folding tables and seating area. They're very attentive to cleanliness. I mean it is a laundromat, right? lol They also have folding services for those that don't want to fold their clothes. They do a phenomenal job with that as well. If you need change for smaller bills, laundry bags, laundry detergent, softener, and bleach, they have it. It's my go to laundromat. Restrooms are in the back, but you must ask for them to unlock the door.

Dropped laundry off on Saturday. Not only did they not tell me it was completed, they complained…read morewhen I picked it up the next day. At the same time, they misplaced my laundry bags and loss an entire bag of work shirts totaling over 200$. The workers spent more time on their phone on personal calls than actually doing their jobs. There was only an issue when my wife brought her cleaning supplies and the basket out to the car while the clothes were still in the wash. She was going out there to call the bank to make sure she still had enough money after starting laundry and to put her cleaning stuff in the car. She was sitting for a while outside with the basket, like we have always done when it's absolutely not busy, like others we've seen as well. The employee, who told my wife her name was Jennifer, (which to her sounded fake for some reason) after this went down, rudely prompted her to bring the cart back in. She told her she was coming and was on the phone and would bring it back when she took her stuff out. "Jennifer" tried to walk away with the basket with my wife's things in the basket still. She told her that the carts can't be outside and even though we do it we can't do it on her shift. My wife tells me "Jennifer" stood closely and stared at her while she was trying to rush to get her stuff out of the basket while still on the phone with the bank. I had called asking about prices trying to see if I could get her name but she said Rosie. So I don't know, Jennifer/rosie, you gave poor representation of the lgbt community toward a member of that community and I'm extremely disappointed. You wanna be treated human then treat us all human. You could have been kinder.
