Seyward (support staff)is void of compassion, rude, nasty, abusive and downright cruel. I have…read morebeen taking my dog to this office for many years because I love my Dog's doctor. My poor boy has been suffering from many health problems during his entire long life. Every time I have to deal with Seyward I am still in shock about her behavior. She hangs up in my face all the time, claiming we got disconnected. She is EXTREMELY condescending and abusive. She also severly mixes up what I clearly expressed to her after I am transferred to a vet tech or my Veterinarian. I said something years ago about this issue but obviously it wasn't dealt with. I am in shock she still has a job based on all these years of abuse to the pet parents there. If you encounter Seyward I would run. No pet parent should have to put up with this unacceptable, inappropriate and abusive behavior. I hope this review will have an impact this time because I am no longer going to tolerate this.

I initially came for an annual appointment after avoiding other veterinary practices because my previous experiences often felt rushed and transactional. I wanted a place that truly cared! not just about my dog, but about us. From the moment you walk through the door at Happy Tails, it feels like home. Everyone is warm, kind, and compassionate. The doctors take their time, answer your questions, and never make you feel rushed. You can tell they genuinely care about every pet they see. I also really appreciated that so much of their lab work is done in-house, so results come back quickly. A special thank you to Dr. Drotos and Dr. Woods for the incredible care and compassion they showed my senior dog during the last few months of his life. Their kindness meant more to my family than words can express. I almost never leave reviews, but if you've been searching for a veterinary practice where your pet will be treated like family, I can't recommend Happy Tails enough.

As luck would have it I found Dr. Trotter, the original founder of the Red Bank Veterinarian Hospital and a truly outstanding Dr. of Veterinarian medicine. As in all fields for the most art, the bulk of Professionals are reasonably good at what they do but every once in a while, like in human medicine, there are Vets that are on the "A" team, that is best descriptive I can honestly give of Dr Trotter. When ever my dogs had a problem I would get them over to Dr Trotter and unlike most other Vets, Dr Trotter was extremely thorough and got to the bottom of the problem very quickly and his diagnosis was always "spot on", so as I mentioned I was lucky to find Dr Trotter and my doggies were even luckier. When it came to my dogs and their well being, Dr Trotter was and continues to be, "The Great Defender" of all the pets he treats and I was great full for all his service to them. Thank you Dr Trotter. Respectfully, Barry R.
