The defendant's lawyer is claiming that: I had failed to follow legal rules, failure to give proper notice, failure to repair and, also, because I had accepted portion of her rent from HUD; In order for me to proceed with eviction I have to return all the rent payments that I had received from HUD up to this point credit them $$$ back to HUD. They did not come at that time. When we contacted them by phone they said that the crew was on their way. But no one came. At one point they said the crew was on our property which was again not true. They then said they were going to come by 12:10 pm but they did not come at all. The Sheriff gave up and left at 12:30 pm. Then we called them more than 50 times during the day and they did not answer the Phone. I think W.D.S Eviction Service is trying to wholesale rental properties. They are looking for what they can take advantage of... Don't be one of them like me. I WOULD NOT TRUST A WORD THEY SAY.
