DO NOT TRUST THEM This is an absolutely terrible company. They confirmed and scheduled to come out for eviction set out. They were supposed to arrive by 11:45 am. They did not come at that time. When we contacted them by phone they said that the crew was on their way. But no one came. At one point they said the crew was on our property which was again not true. They then said they were going to come by 12:10 pm but they did not come at all. The Sheriff gave up and left at 12:30 pm. Then we called them more than 50 times during the day and they did not answer the Phone. I think W.D.S Eviction Service is trying to wholesale rental properties. They are looking for what they can take advantage of... Don't be one of them like me. I WOULD NOT TRUST A WORD THEY SAY. We requested a set-out crew service for this company and they failed to show up on time, 2-3 hours passed and the Rockdale county sheriff left the scene. We are terribly disappointed because the tenants were allowed to stay and we had to reschedule. Me and my husband just wanted our property back in a quick and fast manner. read more

I spoke to Lorenza this morning. Absolutely awesome individual, he took time to look over my case # filed at Magistrate Court of Fulton County RE: Evicting my tenant for failure to pay rent. Mr. Lorenza gave me detailed explanation on how to handle my case in court, because my tenant had enlisted help of legal-aid and is counter suing me. The defendant's lawyer is claiming that: I had failed to follow legal rules, failure to give proper notice, failure to repair and, also, because I had accepted portion of her rent from HUD; In order for me to proceed with eviction I have to return all the rent payments that I had received from HUD up to this point credit them $$$ back to HUD. After this morning's consultation with Mr. Lorenza, he has put me at ease, my heart is no longer skipping beats! I will definitely retain Mr. Lorenza as my go-to lawyer! I hired this company to do an eviction. They did a terrible job. No calls returned, no emails answered. This company wended up working with the individuals I was trying to evict. It's part of the Atlanta scam currently goimg on. They never told my court date and they filed incorrect paperwork, and it was set up to where I would lose my home and they take over. The company does have the proper licenses and the individuals there do not have the proper licenses .Do your research about them first before hiring them. read more
