The attorney that handled our closing, Carolyn Kropp, is truly amazing for a number of reasons - she's patient, kind, knowledgeable, considerate, capable, competent, and very responsive. On top of that, she consistently demonstrated a deep passion for her job and worked hard to give us the proper advice. Most importantly, Carolyn was there with us through every step of the way - negotiating our (sometimes tough) concerns with the Seller and coordinating with the bank to make sure they stayed on top of all the necessary items to ensure a timely closing. We feel very blessed and lucky to have worked with Carolyn and highly recommend her and the Law Offices of Norman Albert to anyone looking for a real estate attorney that knows their stuff!

From the day we made the offer until the day we signed our closing papers, Carolyn was our most trusted advisor. She gave pertinent advice and took the time to explain some of the finer points about home buying that I was not familiar with. Never did she or Norman lose patience with my pestering, and they made sure that we were able to close on time. I can't say a single bad thing about working with them. You'd be sorely mistaken to pick another attorney in the area.

I was told $3500 should cover entire divorce however it ended costing me $8935.00, more than double. I felt as if he just went through the motions, and allowing my ex wife's lawyer to run the show. Plus he was very friendly with her which annoyed me. He was almost an hour late for court, and didn't even apologize. Then at the end he gave my case to his associate like he was finished with me. I was not happy at all with my divorce. Then I find out he represented somebody else from town and did not do a good job either.

Why didn't no one told me this while I was getting all the required paperwork? The receptionist asked me if I was ok, if I can walk, if the baby was alive, then went on to ask me what is it that I want from them. Complete arrogance and unprofessional. My daughter was diagnosed with mental retardation and I have been suffering with sciatic nerve damage and depression from this. I still think about these people after all of these years, how horrendous people they are. I had to get another lawyer who told me that trolman are known for selling their cases with insurance companies, give the clients the run around because after a year there is barely any case.
