We met George at the door and he was quick to address and show us around. He was easy going, informative, and not pushy. It didn't give me that ick of a car dealership feeling AT ALL, but more that he truly cared about ensuring that what we decided on was the right choice for us. He let us look at several different models and test drive too. We decided against purchasing that initial night and came back the next day with our family. He spent so much time with us again, answering questions and giving us space, when needed. He was so kind and genuinely cared about us. We left that day with an awesome 2023 Mazda CX5 and couldn't be happier with our experience. Thank you, George.

If they had answered calls and canceled it when requested, I wouldn't have lost that money. They also told me I couldn't use the warranty elsewhere and insisted the car was fine. I've paid out of pocket for multiple repairs in the 4 months of ownership and still issues, and after being promised callbacks--including waiting 11 days for a manager--they never returned my calls. Juan refused to assist in fixing the car, even after I repeatedly explained I drive a lot for work and needed a reliable vehicle. I trusted this dealership and lost a lot of money. Once they have your money, they disappear. Think twice before buying here, and always test these cars on the highway--that's how I discovered these dangerous issues.

I called in a few days before to express interest. Referred to Manny, who the finance person said he'll take care of me. I plan on coming in to look at Sat, and to show my seriousness. Says he only has a 1pm appointment. I drove first thing in the morning, for 3 hours, to look and possibly negotiate the car. I test drive, didn't notice anything too much mechanically. There was a sensor that was popped off and some dings on the carbon fiber. After the test drove, I never gave a number/offer, they had the car listed around $83,700. I expressed willing to put a security deposit, but we need to come down on the price. He made it seem like he can make it happen. He talks to the sale manager at the time, and come back. However, states something around the lines of "after discussing with my manager, we cannot come down in price. We have 3 more viewings after you, and don't want to depreciate the value and would rather see if one of the 3 would be willing to pay our asking price." He also states that his manager said "if I'd be willing to finance through the dealership, they'd give me $500 credit." In shock I expressed and asked, that "the car has been sitting for months, and I'm showing interest, and you turn me down in hopes that someone else would buy it?" And now, a car that's been sitting there for months, and Manny said has 1 showing, now all of a sudden has three? I leave. I tell Manny call me after the weekend if he wants to discuss a sale. He agrees. The weekend goes by and midway into the week. The car is still listed on their site. Did Manny call? Of course not. Being in management myself I decided to call the dealership and ask to talk to manager to express my experience from that previous weekend. I get transferred to another sales manager, Matt. At first, he seemed sincere, he said he'd look into the situation, talk to Manny about it, and get back with me and see if he can do anything to help. Thinking back about the entire process. I felt he was just telling me what I want to hear to get me back in the shop. I'll explain. I mentioned the car was listed at $83.7k. Manny said they can't go down anymore. Matt replies and says he can do $82.7k. At the time I was dealing with South Orlando Jaguar. Mind you, the same physical dealership is the same as South Orlando Range Rover. I showed him, that the other half of his dealership has the car listed at $82.2. He then decides to offer me at $81.5. I agreed. He gets me with finance to discuss financing and any add on. In the midst of all that my wife convinces me to trade in my car. It's an older Lexus, but to me a rare one, and and maintained one. I was transparent about the car. Regularly maintained and serviced. However it's a 2008. And my recent dealership visit, it was advised to start planning or doing reseals and gaskets. And I told that to Matt. I gave him the vin. He comes back at me saying "at the mileage I have, I have to highest Lexus ISF in the nation". Which later come to find out, is not correct. He said at that high of a mileage, he doesn't know if anyone would pay for it, and it will likely go to auction. But he said for the sake of the sale, I'll offer $7500 in credit." He also OFFERED/stated, "that's my rock bottom weather the condition is better or worse. Let's get it on the lift, if it looks better, I'll give you more, if it's worse, I'll still stick to my 7500." Little did he know I went to my local Auto Nation and Carmax. They offered me 9500. I told that to Matt and he said he'll match it and again, lets put it on the lift and we'll see if I can get you more. In short he never gave me any additional credit even though he said he'd likely would. They never honored the 500. And later found they listed my car to sale at $15k. And they just "low balled" me at 7500 with the intent not to give me more, if it weren't for CarMax. First and last transaction at this dealership.

City Kia - This happened 4 times, not to mention they couldn't even get my name right, and I'm still waiting for my vehicle to be picked up.

They are the absolute textbook definition of everything that is wrong with modern corporate culture in 2026. They operate entirely on a foundation of deception, take incredibly hazardous mechanical shortcuts with customer vehicles, and completely refuse to take an ounce of accountability for the severe damage they cause. They think they can outplay everyday consumers by exploiting loopholes, but their sheer incompetence and predatory behavior speak for themselves. Their technical staff is completely unqualified, performing sloppy, unauthorized modifications behind closed doors and then passing them off as standard work. Even worse, their management and service writers actively participate in a toxic culture of non-disclosure. They deliberately avoid standard, transparent documentation and refuse to provide formal paperwork for repeat complaints--a calculated tactic designed specifically to prevent leaving a paper trail of their own mechanical failures. They want to ensure that when their botched work inevitably leaves you stranded or compromises your vehicle's integrity, there is no record of you begging them to fix it. When you finally catch them in their malpractice and confront them, they completely stop pretending to care about customer service. They crawl behind a wall of high-priced corporate legal counsel, regurgitating cold, copy-pasted legal scripts and automated, semantic denials to deflect from the physical damage they left behind. They treat human beings like numbers on a spreadsheet, operating on the predatory assumption that everyday consumers on a tight budget will simply get exhausted by their bureaucratic games, give up, and go away quietly. Let me be entirely clear: consumers are completely finished playing these kinds of corporate bullshit games. No one should have to endure the financial exploitation, the blatant gaslighting, and the severe safety risks that this facility forces onto its customers. The lack of basic ethics, professional standards, and human decency at this location is staggering. They are a parasitic business that survives by taking advantage of the people who trust them. Save yourself a catastrophic headache, safeguard your wallet, and protect your life--take your business far away from this place to a reputable facility that operates with actual integrity. This dealership has absolutely none.

After going through 3 different dealerships, we came to Enterprise and they couldn't have made the process easier and simpler. On my first round with them, Jose helped me find a vehicle. He went above and beyond to work with me and my foot hadn't even hit the door yet. Over the course of a week, he scoured the inventory across several locations and worked with a very picky Yelper finding him vehicle after vehicle. We landed on a Chevy Spark that, while it seemed nice, I just wasn't sold on. At that point, I needed a break from car shopping, so I thanked him for his time and told him I'd let him know when I get back to it. Flash forward a month. I get to a decent point and hop back onto the hunt. Unfortunately, Jose wasn't available the day I walked in. John was the first rep to greet me and was just as helpful, friendly and professional. It's clear that Enterprise treats you like a genuine person and there's no pressure for anything. They make sure everything is clear from the beginning and will work with you on getting car payments as low as they can for you. I walked away with a 2019 Nissan Sentra with 60,000 miles and I couldn't recommend Enterprise more.
