I spoke to a rep at Virgin yesterday and was assured that my funds would be refunded the same day. Today there is no refund! I called again and was told they wont refund the money. So in short. I made my payment last month by debit card, and they chose to take it upon themselves to use it without authorization. I call it THEFT or at the minimum Fraud! Peter

If you plan on getting a Virgin Mobile plan, you better hope…read morenothing goes wrong because their customer service staff has no idea how to help or fix any solution. I had the simple problem of my data not working despite me troubleshooting it in every way possible. I called once, the lady had no idea how to help, her advice was that because my data roaming was on, it was preventing my data from working .... uh yeah right - anyways of course that didn't fix the issue. After 15 minutes SHE HUNG UP ON ME! I called back- spoke to another girl who's solution was to make sure I had cellular data turned on. Like duh obviously I'd have it turned on. She said oh... also had no idea how to fix it and SHE ALSO HUNG UP ON ME!!!! I was so mad at this stage - called A THIRD time and this lady still didn't know what to do so I was fed up and said I'll figure it out. I eventually just reset my entire phone and figured it out myself. Ugh terrible service.

Only two slight drawbacks is…read more(1) Tech Support is not 24 7 (My previous provider had 24 7 tech support but when my modem failed, I was on hold for over 2 hours by t he clock and they never did answer. Buzzmax answers the tech support line immediately.) (2) the phone is voip so it CAN go down at the same time as the internet. They say it is possible for one to stay up even though the other goes down when the modem wears out. Buzzmax said modums last about a year but the Bell installer said the one they sent me can last 10 years. I'm so much happier with buzzzmax.

For the first scheduled installation, their technician was late for hours. There is no phone call notifying us from the company or the technician about being late. When we called asking about when the technician would arrive,they told us they couldn't reach their technician. And their excuse was the booking window was 8 hours. For second scheduled time, they didn't installed the modem for us, and their excuse was the technician couldn't find the modem while the modem was in the office. Our internet has never been ready for use and they have been charging us the internet service for 3 months now. They have all the excuses not to refund for the 3 months charge and they didn't think they did anything wrong. They are good at finding excuses.
