I had called to make a first time appointment and the receptionist was VERY rude. After telling her…read moremy insurance company told me I would be accepted there, she insisted that it might not be which I thought she knew something that maybe I didn't. No big deal. So I tried to all where I could find that information and she interrupted me, laughed and got attitude saying how would she know. No need to be snotty but okay. Then she hung up on me as I was talking! The employees at this business are beyond rude, snarky and enjoy making customers feel lower than they are. And sadly this isn't the first time they've treated me like this.

They were impatient, unkind, unhelpful, and not easy going. They were the complete oppisite of Dr Maggie. Thank you Dr Maggie for doing a good job. I hope you get some new secretaries.
