Very happy to find a dedicated GF option place to eat. The Americano coffee was good. I had a…read moredouble Eggs Benedict It came with no sides or garnishes. You get two halves of a GF English Muffin. Each half was layered with wilted spinach, a thin slice of sandwich ham (you could see the dark of the spinach through the ham), a tomato slice, the poached egg. Both halves were then covered with hollandaise and a sprinkling of parsley. Flavor-wise it was just okay. Nothing to set it over the top one way or another. It was plated on to cold plates. I watched as my plate was assembled and then sat on the counter while a single Eggs Benedict was assembled and then a Mama's Muffin sandwich was assembled. I told my table mates my Benedict has been sitting there for several minutes and it's going to be cold. Sure enough it was delivered with cold hollandaise and Luke warm egg. I asked to have it popped in the microwave to heat it up because it was cold. I think she gave it 30 seconds and then served it stating any more time might "break" the sauce. So I ate a cold eggs Benedict. I ate all the first one (then remembered to take the picture) and then ate most of the second one. Timing for cooking needs to be addressed to ensure customers receive hot food. Maybe a plate warmer would help or just serve one at a time as the plates come up. Our final party member had to wait as his was served a few minutes after the rest of us. Again, this place has a great concept and if we were just getting coffees and pastry it would have been 5 stars but for the breakfast service, there were too many bumps for more than two.

While everyone I spoke to was kind, the team at Mama Monachelli's went completely above and beyond. On Monday, they called to confirm they had it down. I placed the order, picked it up a few days later, and wow--whatever they did in that test kitchen was pure bakery magic! Crab Cakes: You get a salad with 3 crab cakes on top of some delicious aioli that has a bit of tartare sauce taste, but not fully. Crab cakes are pretty pricey, but it's real crab, and really good! The kind of melt in your mouth. Avocado Butterflies: I love the avocado cream cheese like filling that was so so so good! It comes with 5 wontons, and it's so worth the price for how good the quality of dish. I loved the sweet chili dipping sauce a lot! I highly recommend this shareable dish! Salad that came with Crab Cakes, and Avocado Butterflies: It has pickled cabbage that gives a unique depth of flavor that blends well with the rest of the salad without needing any salad dressing. Lavender Lemonade: It was super sweet! It was my first time having lavender lemonade. I loved it! Lavender is a great herb for relaxation/calming to help you sleep better. If you drink a lot of this lemonade it may help you get a better sleep. Tall Dark & Delicious Cheesecake Slice: This is hands down the best cheesecake I've ever had in my life! Way better than The Cheesecake Factory in my opinion. The fudge drizzled over the top adds a beautiful appearance to the dessert. It even comes with whipped cream! I highly recommend this bistro and definitely will be back in the future to try more of their delicious desserts!
