Unfortunately very poor. For a perfect location like this little tea room you would have expected so much more, instead you are treated to microwaved supermarket pasties, limp rotting salad leaves, a ploughman's salad that had been clearly prepared hours beforehand and stored in the fridge served on the same freezing plate. In short sub standard and massively overpriced. When we left we informed the staff that the salad was past its best we received no word of apology, only an "okay".
Last point of note. One employee was walking his dog, holding dog toys, still in his kitchen apron. I don't care if you do this at home, but please have some pride in your business and treat your paying customers with the respect and cleanliness they deserve. read more
