We love the interior, set up for whatever your world looks like, whether it is little munchins, a business meeting, some quiet before a bust day, or something to go to start your day. The café was extremely busy, so I completely understood that food might take longer than usual. However, after waiting about 30 minutes, only one person in our group had received their bagel, while customers who ordered after us were already getting their food. We went to the counter for assistance, but it was difficult to get a staff member's attention or receive help. After waiting another 10 minutes, someone finally agreed to remake our missing bagels. What was most frustrating was being told to get back in the long line, which extended out the door, if we wanted a refund. In the end, it took nearly an hour to receive two bagels. While the coffee and bagels themselves were good, the service and handling of the situation left us disappointed.
