Rude customer service from the cashier clerks. There were 3 and looked at my family and talked to us like we didn't belong there. Had to stop to fuel up on our trip, bought un necessary items I could have bought elsewhere, but I love supporting vendors. This spot is an oasis-like stop in a part of the state where someone coming from central Wyoming, or from the sites in So. Dakota or the far northeast part of Wyoming at the ideal place for needing a pit stop. The name shouldn't fool you, because there's more than coffee at this truck-stop/convenience store, but that does seem to be a focus. Whether it's a pour your own, or pick it up from Caribou, this fuel stop can get you, or keep you, caffeinated. Also, there's a deli, souvenirs, and your everyday convenience store items, but with places to sit down inside or outside. The people are friendly, the service is spot-on, and you can be in and out in whatever amount of time you want. It's a sinclair gas station, also, so even if you aren't looking to fill your hunger, maybe your car might need it before you hit the road in whatever direction it might take you. read more

Ok I'm going to make this as nice as I possibly can. I'm pretty pissed off, I should should say pissed on and having to air dry! PLEASE GO CLEAN THE LADIES RESTROOM IMMEDIATELY! I'm talking about sanitize the sinks, load toilet paper in all stalls, empty the yucky garbage and mop this disgusting stinky floor with bleach. I tried to report this to a manager and she was nowhere to be found. Now for the great things. Thank you for having 5 clean fuel islands with detergent window washer fluid and squeegee. That means a lot when the lanes are power washed and clean. Thank you for also having a fully stocked truckers stores available. I really like this truck stop a lot because it has a great fuel reward program, it has a Caribou Coffee, and a Heidi's Brooklyn deli inside. With that being said all of the staff were friendly and trying to make the situation better for what it was. I'm in great smiles to say that Caribou coffee did an excellent job to make my iced coffee perfect with no complaints. The gal was so very kind to give me a great recommendation and offer me treats in the refrigerator case, so that's a plus!! I'm also very happy to give kudos to Heidi's Brooklyn Deli they had a very large selection of amazingly premade food. salads, sandwiches, wraps. They also had such a great selection of fresh baked breads and cookies. So all in all, this still is a really great place for me to stop and take a break because it has everything that is essential and important to me. They just need to get their act together clean up the nasty bathrooms. read more

The workers are always polite. The lines are always short. They have a very nice coffee shop. And you can go wrong with Pizza Hut.

Wow... I noted that nobody has reviewed this place recently. The coffee cup is a premier truck stop. They put the money back into the place and it's the best large truck stop on I-90 for miles. Food, fuel, souvenirs.. You can get truck stop food and coffee or you can use heidi's deli and caribou coffee for something a little more special. I'm local so I can't comment on the showers but restrooms and common areas have always been clean. read more

We love stopping here. There isn't a restaurant nearby but they offer showers, the parking is ample, they have a nice, hot deli, there is a Subway within walking distance the place is clean and the service is spot-on and friendly. They have a lot of deli options like popcorn chicken, fresh pizza, corndogs, hot dogs, egg rolls, jalapeno poppers, mini burritos, chili, macaroni cheese, soup, salads, pasta salad, donuts, fruit cups, boiled eggs, cake, pie and other assorted items. They also offer coffee, Icee's, Milkshakes, and fountain drinks. The lot isn't paved so you'll have to be careful parking your semi but you also don't have to park immediately next door to someone else either. They have a nice selection of trucker supplies (bungees, straps, additives, tools, etc) and offer truck fuel. The store is chock full of kitschy stuff and knick-knacks and have you ever wanted to add a pair of plastic testicles to your truck? They sell those too. We'll be back. read more

Clean and well stocked. Also a lot of touristy clothes and tchotchkes on offer. It also appeared to be the only place to find a cup of coffee in town. A nice diversion from the road where there are not many options nearby. read more

As truck stops go this is actually one of the nicer ones. They have good coffee. They have a dining room and they have pizzas , typical fast food fare but excellent service. Free WiFi Since it is the only coffee shop in town it will definitely be place we will frequent. read more

This place is amazing! We stopped there and it was super clean and well run. My eight year old daughter left her favorite Ohio State sweatshirt there and we discovered it an hour and a half down the road. After a phone call, they agreed to send it to us. Amazing! Very nice new and CLEAN place with great bathrooms and showers. Wide array of snacks and a deli case with fruit and fresh wrapped items. Our cashier though was totally unresponsive to our saying 'wow this is a nice place'. Total dead air...but oh well. read more

It is very easily accessible from interstate, large parking lot for truckers, very clean inside and out, a good selection of prepared hot foods as well as deli items. Lots of tourist knick knacks, clothes, jewelry items, a little bit of everything for everyone. read more

On my way through to Riverton, WY this last Saturday, I happened across the Coffee Cup in Moorcroft, WY. Was thrilled as I am huge Caribou Coffee lover. Stopped and had them fill my 32 oz travel mug. In the process of paying with a Caribou gift card and my debit card, the baristas were having a little bit of an issue getting the balance processed on my debit card. Turns out I was charged three times instead of once as I discovered when I got home. Long story short, I called spoke with a Shelly, she referred it her manager and Whitney the regional manager called me just now to say she had reversed the two erroneous charges. Customer service is not dead!! Thank you for your efficient processing of my credit. I will stop again sometime on my way through. read more
