Within a couple of days, we printed a screenshot of the transactions from our bank and brought it to their attention. The cashier that was working the day my husband was in the store remembers the transaction and agreed that it was duplicated. She conveyed the information to her manager and the manager to the owner. We were told that their 'corporate policy' prevents them from crediting back the charge and we would have to dispute it with our bank. RIDICULOUS!! So, it has now taken 30 days to get a refund back of $12.12 by disputing it with our bank because of this businesses poor practices and faulty equipment. We no longer shop here for anything and encourage others not to shop here as well. They need to realize that it is us 'locals' that keep them afloat during the off season and treating us in this manner does not help their cause.
