She needs more training before being allowed to work! My husband and I have both had awful coffee from her and my husband has vowed never to go back to 5 North. I hope the business reads this review so they can do something about this because it could be such a great coffee shop. Also, we've tried 2 different cookies from there and they were both stale to the point of being inedible. I usually don't do reviews unless I really want to warn people or really recommend... this would unfortunately be the warning side of things. I sincerely hope the company owner reads this review so that he/she can either let that lady go or give her more training on how to make coffee. Also, perhaps having more than one worker at a time would help too but I know the economy is hard. But you will have lost our business and I don't know how many others.
