I tried the brie and pear sliders (see photo), Texas caviar, and Ringo's fries. I was under the impression that they would be actual hamburger sliders topped with brie and pear. Nope, just brie and pear on a baguette. None the less, delicious! I think I'll try the Wisconsin burger next time. I recommend the fries. They come with freshly flash-fried with a side of dipping sauce comparable to "bloomin' onion" sauce... But BETTER since it has some slight heat to it. I ordered the pulled pork grilled cheese which was served on garlic Texas toast. The portion was large, and I was only able to finish half. I had to take the rest home.
