Pickup was already frustrating. I waited past my time slot in the parking lot with no updates, then had to wait again inside. The budtender seemed more interested in rushing me out than answering a product question. The worst part? I was charged 30% off instead of 40%, a $30 difference I didn't notice until my Aeropay alert after I got home. Since I prepaid, there was no chance to correct it at checkout. I've reached out and gotten no response. Between the poor service and the price discrepancy, I won't be back. If you shop here, verify your receipt against the online price and your order confirmation before you leave, and think twice before prepaying. Once they've pulled the money from your account, you have zero leverage if they refuse to honor the price.
