The woman who helped me was really nice and explained why she thought sugaring was better than waxing. She mentioned that they've been getting a lot of first time customers who normally go to the European Wax Center that is close by! I personally found sugaring to be more painful than waxing, but at least it didn't take too long. Given that the prices tend to be the same as waxing at their competitor, I think I'll probably stick to waxing unless they offer some cool promos or deals in the future.
