Overall, we had a poor experience with Cody. He started the job a day late, which we could have accommodated, but then he did not finished based on the new schedule we set. When Cody did arrive on site he messaged me to ask where the paint was and that he hadn't included paint in the quote, although the quote didn't say paint wasn't included. He did offer to pay half the cost of the paint. Cody also didn't make all the wall repairs needed, didn't move a stacked washer and dryer specifically mentioned in his quote to be moved and painted behind, missed an entire section of a header inside the kitchen, and I discovered after he finished and was paid that five doors had not been painted, although two were primed. Cody was also painting the stairway handrail when he was finishing the job and apparently put the wet side of the railing down on the plastic sheeting on the floor, meaning I will need to sand and repaint the handrail. He failed to patch the area around a phone wall plate that was removed so a blank could be installed over it. He also didn't remove the brackets on the wall for some vertical blinds that were removed and did not fill and sand holes from where other blonds were removed. Lastly, Cody ghosted me when I tried to contact him to address these issues, not answer texts or messages on Facebook. Cody seemed like a very nice and respectful person, but the job was incomplete, late, his quote was incomplete and not followed, and the quality was not very good. I am giving no rating he was hired to power wash my house and patio. The house was clean but not well still had dirt on many areas. Now to my concrete patio he ruined it. He put bleach on the colored concrete and his machine eat the concrete. I asked him to fix it he said it is old that's why it did what it did. Then he blocked me that's how he solves his bad work. My contractor said it has nothing to do with the age it's someone doing a bad job. He thinks blocking a person will solve the hundreds of dollars of damage. I would not recommend this company for any thing. Spend more money and have someone with experience do the job right. The house cleaning was not worth the 260 they spray pool bleach on your home and spray it off and if you point out stains they say it can't be removed. Well funny how it is now off after a nother company came and actually scrubbed it properly. Again save your money this company is a joke and in the end it will cost you more money to fix the damage or have the work done right. read more

Would NOT recommend Cody's Pro Services for interior painting. I hate to leave bad reviews, however, due to the horrific completed work and lack of customer service etiquette, I must share my experience. Long post ahead but needing to be sure to share the complete story and full truth! We hired Cody's Pro Services for an interior paint job. When asking the process, he stated all nails will be pulled, paint will fill in any nail holes and lay smooth on any rough spots, larger holes would be patched and sanded, they would cut all the walls in, trim with white, and roll the rest. Unfortunately the paint job was unsatisfactory. It wasn't until later on we learned that his two men that he hired for the day was his cousin and uncle that he had never had painting with him before. Cody himself texted me the day after they completed saying he was embarrassed by the job done and he was going to come back to fix it, bringing his "normal" two guys back with him. Multiple screws and nails were left in the wall, holes left unpatched, and previous color showing through due to a lack of primer and second coat not being applied in multiple areas. Not to mention, they also completely missed multiple sections and a full wall. The ceiling was still tinted yellow and the edges of the ceiling were never touched (because Cody claimed it was not possible to do the edges). Lighting was poor throughout the house, in which we did provide them with multiple lamps to carry around as needed. Being a professional company, they should have brought their own lights as most professional companies do. Multiple areas of trim were left untouched as well. It was clear at this point that basically the entire house needed repainted, expect for about 2 rooms. At this point my husband began doing THEIR JOB of removing all nails/screws, patching larger areas, and sanding. He found many bad areas in every room and had to patch and sand the entire wall of every room! On the rescheduled day, Cody shows up with 1 of his guys, 45 minutes late. He then stated his other guy was on the way. Cody left to get supplies, the 2nd guy shows up and walks in, introducing himself to the 1st guy that Cody brought. To our surprise, these guys didn't know each other, so once again, Cody hired someone else to do the paint job rather than his 2 "normal" guys that he said would be doing it. They began painting, but did not have time to finish it all and he said he would once again come back. They were able to finish the celing, completing it correctly and painting the edges that he claimed the first day he couldnt do. After this day, communication not only became poor but when Cody would respond, he was very rude and was asking us to pay more money because my husband sanded the walls and caused more painting for them to do. If they would have done their prep work on day 1 correctly, we would not have had to redo the prep work ourselves, and the entire house would not have needed to be repainted. The final day came and Cody showed up to complete the trim, but did not complete the rest of the wall painting, claiming that since we sanded over them, it was not his responsibility to paint them. Leaving us 3 full rooms to paint ourselves. Overall, very disappointed in the lack of professionalism and uncompleted work we hired Cody's Pro Services to complete. read more

I regret hiring Cody, who despite having good communication skills, exhibited poor business practices. He was contracted to wash my house ($350) and clean the windows, interior and exterior ($225), in one session. However, his contractor arrived unprepared to clean the interior windows. Cody then took it upon himself to clean only the exterior windows without my approval and demanded half payment ($110) for the incomplete job. I found this unacceptable, especially since my wife had to take time off work to oversee the job and will have to take more time off for them to finish the interior windows. I had not hired him to do only exterior window cleaning and had informed him that I would pay him upon completion of the job at my convenience over the weekend. Now, he's threatening to put a lien on my house if I don't pay $110, despite having already paid for the house wash in full. I would have avoided a lot of hassle by hiring someone else, so proceed with caution when dealing with him. read more

Don't bother wasting your time with this company. I asked for an estimate and he was eager to set an appointment however, he messaged his truck wouldn't start so could we reschedule. I said absolutely no problem, things happen. The next appointment he kept saying he was running late, after 3 hours he said he got rear ended on the way to me and had to have his truck towed. Again I was understanding wished him the best with the situation and rescheduled. The 3rd time he never showed, called, messaged, nothing. I messaged asking if he was no longer interested or couldn't take on the work and it said message couldn't send and he blocked me with no explanation. I then posted a comment from my daughters account on his fb page saying what happened and he could have let me know to which he deleted and blocked her (can't have people seeing how rude and shady he is when he boasts how humble, hardworking, God loving he is and that he treats others as he would like to be treated) No accountability, no respect, horrible business ethic and I'm glad I didn't hire him if this is how he does business which I see from other posts he does and makes a habit of ghosting rather than being honest. After waiting 3 weeks, I will start over with someone more respectful. read more

Cody was amazing! He showed up early, he was quick, and efficient! He power washed my house and sidewalks @ my house. I payed a great price for all that he did. I will definitely be hiring him again! read more
