We had an amazing experience with Darby and the team at 1 Day Window Treatments. Our Pilates…read morestudio needed both shades and drapes, and the first quote we received was from The Shade Store, which was insane, so we immediately brought out several more companies for a consult. Darby was super knowledgable, he understood exactly what we needed, and the prices were very reasonable compared to most of the competition. Because our Studio has two full walls of windows, we need to keep the sun out but also wanted something lighter for an aesthetic look and for some privacy. Darby suggested we do a UV Sun shade closest to the window, and then another track of drapes which we can pull when it's less sunny or at night when we don't need the full sun blocking. So we ordered both blinds and drapes, and both were done within the timeframe Darby initially quoted us (which was faster than the industry standard from what I experienced meeting other companies). The delivery and installation process was also great, as they were quite flexible working with our schedule around all the other work being done in our studio. Stretch the installer was wonderful. The final result is absolutely beautiful, and one of our instructors just today said "I feel like I'm in a spa." I met with 5 different local companies and I can 100% recommend this one and if we build another studio or need something done for our house there is no question we'll be back :)

I utilized this company some years ago to replace over 20 blind treatments in my home. At the time…read morethe work was performed, I was very pleased with the result, as the new products were replacing very old and unattractive coverings. Soon after the job was completed, as time went on, and particularly now that new windows have been installed, I feel I need to share my review. Firstly, the job was over priced. The products installed, in all fairness, have been of good quality. However, I was sold the wrong type of blind for a humid bathroom, an unnecessary one for a sunroom door and storage attic and those installed in my basement prevent me from opening my windows in that location. Most importantly, the installation was done way too rapidly and with no ruler!?! Understandably, this resulted in quite a poor installation. Good luck. As an addendum to this review, I just received a YELP communication that the business owner denies working for me!?! I have the canceled checks. Very sad.
