When we booked the venue we had a very friendly and capable co-ordinator. She left soon after and everything changed. During the next couple of months we were given a new point of contact twice. Communication was not great. We were still confident in our choice of venue at this point, plus we have already paid the deposit and the wedding was coming up soon. Caveat - This is a completely raw space. You have to bring in all of your own furnishings, catering decor. They have some available furniture (which we used) and a large enough kitchen for a caterer to work comfortably. There are two bars, one on 6th floor and a second on the rooftop. (which has a gorgeous view) I don't really want to get into it all here, but we were not pleased. If you are using a wedding planner / decor company that has complete control and that will be on site all day to co-ordinate everything, and you need NOTHING from the venue staff, then go ahead and rent this space. It is beautiful and you will have a memorable event. Otherwise, its not worth the stress.

There are booths, tables, and you could also reserve rooms if you needed to do a meeting. I ended up just sitting in the common area where a few others were. Had my headphones on and was able to get a lot done. I appreciated all the natural light coming through and it was just nice to be somewhere outside of the home. The washrooms were pretty epic - clean and the toilets had all types of buttons - if you know, you know. Someone told me there was also a sound recording studio booth - I got a peek and it made me want to start a postcast lol maybe in my next life. I also overheard someone talking about a massage chair so I checked the website and saw you could book it for a little extra. It was an anti gravity massage chair that literally did wonders to my back - I will dream of this massage for weeks to come. Honestly, if I ever need to take a break from the family even if I didn't have work to do.... Might be the place to run to for some me time. Will be coming back soon!

We had several meeting rooms during the course of the day and used breakout rooms. The patio/lunch became another productive session in the sun. This has become a perfect weekly work together and advance session. Our OKR's are advancing with less iterations and it is a perfect balanced approach for our business. Everything was pain free, insanely fast and reliable internet, onsite support staff and seriously good coffee (free). no hidden costs, and more a partnership style supportive experience...it short they went above and beyond to make this deliver results beyond just renting the space. highly recommend you checking it out. Our team members are literally wearing jackets and scarves all day. 2. Need more meeting rooms. With desks and office capacity for 70+ people, you would expect a number of shared meeting rooms, phone booths, etc. Unfortunately there is only 1 boardroom and 1 phone booth. All other rooms have been rented as private offices. 3. Need better internet/wifi. Connection speed is mediocre (6Mbps down/8Mbps up this morning), wifi signal strength inconsistent, many ethernet ports not connected to network. For a coworking space for digital companies where VOIP is common (especially in the absence of meeting rooms with phones) and screaming fast internet is a staple, there's still lots of work to be done.

We were able to utilize their space for our large group from across Canada and the US and we were super impressed with the space. Two full days in their large conference space together and cabin fever was never a thing. Two large screens, WiFi, free coffee and beer, snacks. Escapes were plenty if needed but thankfully our group never wants to vote anyone off the island when we are together. We brought in outside food for lunch and delivery and the staff was friendly. Would love to get a work space here if I lived in the area. There seems to be loads of opportunities for socializing, networking, and getting work done.
