And they have free WiFi while you wait. So it's a great place for them to run off all their energy while you relax. Especially in bad weather. My kids especially love the open areas to run around with oversized balls between bounce houses and LOVE LOVE LOVE the mechanical bull. We have been to a number of other bounce places and they have a decent amount of space and also a good variety of bounce house options in here, in our experience. In some other places the bounce houses are packed so close together that it feels a little cramped and claustrophobic and that is not the case here. We were entertaining a child whose parent is inpatient at one of the hospitals. And this was a Godsend. She had a huge smile on her face and could forget about the stress of that for awhile. They do close in April (I believe) for the warmer months, but reopen in November. The cost is only two dollars per visit, but you can get a punch card with six visits for 10 dollars. We always go for the punch card because we visit so often and if you don't use all of the visits one season, you can use them the following. I would say the recommended ages to bring your kids would probably be from 1 and a half to 10. Older kids might have a hard time staying entertained for to long. There is a small carousel, jungle gym, small train sets, building blocks, play houses, computers, and cars to ride on. The only down side is that it must be difficult to keep clean ( some stuff is sticky) and there have been a few broken toys. My husband actually brought some tools to one of our visits to fix the lightning mcqueen car. There are plenty of places for adults to sit and watch the kids, there are also picnic tables for having snacks.

When we got to our lane our table wasn't bussed there was trash and food from the previous guest, in good faith we continued to bowl and after one round all of our balls we're stuck when we noticed we told an employee and they were on it after awhile of waiting one of us decided to continue his turn (no one told us to stop bowling) and the light turned on when he threw his ball so we thought all was well, moments later a lady comes at us being extremely rude and we had no clue as to why. Apparently someone was working on the machine when he threw the ball but we had no knowledge of that. We were very apologetic toward the situation and continued our conversation when the lady left... then she came back and continued to attempt to egg us on aswell as telling us we can leave mind you our whole group was very calm this whole time.. 4minutes pass and our game gets stuck again we tell staff and stop bowling. The same lady comes back with even more attitude telling us we can happily report her unprovoked! At this point we just wanted a refund from this terrible experience we spent 50$ on the game and only got 22$ back we paid 28$ for 5min of bowling, we left and they refused to give us the name of the lady and decided to go to another bowling alley with better service. 1/10 wouldn't recommend
