I asked her a question on one of their policies and she wanted to know my kids ages. I told her before I did anything I just wanted to know a certain policy and her response was extremely rude. She said "Well if we don't have room for your kids what difference does it make?" then she immediately put me on hold so I hung up. I would never send my kids some place where people are so openly rude. If they are this bad over the phone what could they possibly be like in person and to kids who can't communicate?

I know that sounds silly but I've toured places that are just a mess. I could really tell the owner put a lot of thought and money into making the place look nice. She even let the teachers decorate their own classrooms which says a lot about how she respects her staff. The staff is phenomenal!! I'm greeted every day by several staff members when we come and leave and they tell me about my kids day. They've always been was very accommodating to our needs. My son loves going there!
