We took a taxi to the doctor as our car was frozen shut that morning! You are typically supposed to wait in your car due to Covid, but they put us in a private room with blankets as it was freezing outside. Dr. Christina followed up with me via text message and always answers my questions or concerns. She is very responsive and I'm truly thankful for every employee that was there that day to make me and Zeppelin feel better than what our morning started out to be. Thank you, again.

After his hematoma surgery, I was nervous about his recovery but Dr. Scarlett came to our house the same day and made everything so easy. Her knowledge and compassion put both of us at ease immediately. She not only helped him heal physically, but she's also being a huge support in improving his overall health and quality of life. What I appreciate most is how she truly listens and treats each patient as a whole being, not just addressing symptoms but looking at lifestyle, nutrition, and preventative care. She even checks in on how he's doing after visits, something I haven't experienced with many vets, which makes me feel supported and reassured every step of the way. Her gentle, holistic approach is going to make a huge difference for my dog and the peace of mind that I have now on my dogs health/care is very refreshing. I feel so grateful to have found her, and it's clear she genuinely cares about each of her patients. Red Hill nearly killed my cat…read more The "care" at this facility sent my loved 13 year old cat to the V.R.C.C. Emergency Hospital, starving, malnourished, dehydrated, and hanging on by a thread. Here are the facts: - Red Hill never read my cats previous medical records. - They repeatedly dismissed our urgency to diagnose and treat our cat. - They took an entire month to run basic tests (I.e. bloodwork, fecal analysis, etc.) - They placed him on a strict diet for 8 weeks which HE WAS NOT EATING and ignored his severe weight loss. (He has always been healthy at around 10-11 lbs and was 7.95 when we got to the V.R.C.C. in Englewood.) And finally, - They claimed that "the lack of doing anything to help our cat is not negligence." I would recommend to anyone considering this facility or currently being seen at this facility, to run as fast and far away as humanly possible. This place is a disgrace to veterinary care, and it is astonishing that they are still allowed to practice medicine of any kind. 1 star was an obligation as a review cannot be posted without a rating.
