You'd expect I'd get our first dance included right? Nope! It sure was not. My fault for not reading the contract and not seeing our first dance would not be part of the wedding video. I just assumed it would since it's a big part of our wedding. If we want our first dance video we'd have to pay them more money... this saddens me. We'd already paid so much and they won't even include this clip for us.

I was looking at some post production photography work, and was really impressed with many of the photos. I had no idea that the gentleman that I was speaking to was the photographer himself. He was so incredibly humble and gracious to put up with my questions. This guy has a great eye. I started chatting with Erik about all of the fun things that his company does. I mentioned to him that I have a friend who has started her own business, and really needed help to advertise her " new baby". I guess I'm always very skeptical about linking people together, and whether or not there is going to be follow through. I was blown away by not only how quickly Erik reached out to my friend, but he had already scheduled a meeting, and was working on potential layouts for her to look at for their meeting. Who does this?! Erik does! Erik really puts 100% of himself into everything that he does, & his efforts truly show. From our very first conversation with Phill, we were sold. It was clear that he wasn't just interested in booking another job, he genuinely wanted to get to know us as people. In the end, working with Phill was one of the best decisions we made throughout the wedding process. We were absolutely blown away by the final product. He went above and beyond what was outlined in the contract, and he delivered the final product ahead of schedule. Everything in the videos, from the drone shots, time lapse shots, to song choices, was perfect. Our wedding videos are now some of our most treasured possessions and we can't wait to watch them back over the years. What impressed us most was Phill's obvious passion for his craft. Even though he's been to our venue many times, he took the time to ask us about our favorite aspects of the place, why we chose it, and what vibe we were hoping to capture. He is also so prompt in his responses and always sent reminder emails which completely put me at ease which we did not always get from all of our other vendors. We were a bit nervous about how it would feel to have a camera following us around, but we barely noticed Phill at all on the day. We didn't feel awkward in the slightest, and he made the whole experience so enjoyable. His suggestions throughout the day were absolutely perfect--never overbearing, but thoughtful tips that we were so glad we took. But I've followed B1A4 since their debut, and this is the first time they've been in SF. With a health history like my past year, who knows what next year will bring? So when I scored a VIP ticket at the last minute, it seemed fated. I was worried because I couldn't handle standing in line for hours, then standing at the concert, so I made a few phone calls and was told to just go to the front of the line and the event services people would take care of me. I really didn't expect this to work. But they were great! I got a pass to the handicapped area, but since I had a VIP ticket to the "high touch" area, they let me go in first so I wouldn't get trampled. I got a great spot right on the rail! And when the standing became too much for me, after about an hour into the concert, one of the NES West people (#82) battled his way through the crush to get me out and put me in a seat in the back with a very good view. I expected frustration and struggle to attend this event at all, and the incredible kindness of the NES West people made this a super memorable event for someone who really needed their help. Thanks, NES West. I'll not only remember the concert, I'll remember the care you took of this elderly K-pop lover.
