I received a text with their different cleaning costs which were extremely competitive, actually one of the lowest. However, we decided to go with another company, because we had already personally met with them as well as received their license and insurance information.

First of all, she showed up an hour and a half late. I was paying to have a deep cleaning of my…read moreovens bathrooms and floors all over my house and dusting. I told her that cleaning my floors because of the type of flooring took a lot of elbow grease and took minimum four hours to do. She told me with her techniques and having a helper she would be able to do it much faster. I left to go to my appointment that I was 30 minutes late for due to her tardiness. I texted her when I was on the way back home, and she proceeded to tell me that she had already left my house unlocked!!!! She literally left my house vulnerable to be robbed or for any random person to just come into my house and she didn't even tell me she was going to do that. If I hadn't texted her, I wouldn't have even known she left my house unlocked until I got home! Two weeks ago there was a homeless man knocking on my windows, trying to get into my house to get water God for bid if it had been on the day that she was at my house, he would've just come into my house. That is a huge safety concern! Now let's get to the issue that when I got home, not only were my floors, not clean the amount of dust and dirt and crumbs all over my floors was as if she didn't even vacuum forget mopping! She then texted me that she was going to charge me almost $60 more because she said she missed counting 2 bedrooms. I have a three bedroom house, but she was trying to tell me she wanted to charge me for a five bedroom house. She was claiming that my play room and a 3' x 5' tiny sunroom that is filled with exercise equipment were counted as bedrooms Lol! My playroom doesn't have any floors that need to be mopped because it's covered in carpet which she didn't even vacuum by the way!!!! I swiped the floors and other areas with baby wipes to show her how dirty the floors and everything still was and I asked her to either come back and redo it, or to give me a partial refund since I would have to pay someone else to redo it. She didn't respond back for two days then when I told her I was going to leave a negative review, she wrote me back and said she would not be issuing any type of refund. She also would not be cleaning the floors again and that I should "reconsider the effort she put in"! What???? She literally put in zero effort, because my floors not only weren't mopped they weren't even vacuumed as proof from the crumbs of my kids lunch that was still on the floor!!! I literally felt like I'm being gaslit! This is by far the worst cleaning job anyone has ever done, and I have hired many housekeepers to do deep cleans over the last two decades. I paid her almost $300 to do a cleaning job that was the worst cleaning job I've ever seen in my life!!!!! Absolutely do not hire this woman she will be late she will forget her supplies she will not actually clean and then she will leave your house, unlocked and vulnerable for robbery!!!!! *****This is in response to your ridiculous response .... You did not work diligently on my house because if you did there couldn't possibly have been the kind of crumbs and dirt and dust on the floor that you supposedly mopped.. no matter what you say in response it's irrelevant because a picture is worth 1000 words and my pictures are worth about 1 million words and all of those words say" never hire this woman." The only reason that you called me was because I texted you saying that if you needed to leave to go pick up your five year old son that I needed you to leave through the garage so that my home wouldn't be unlocked you called me back 10 minutes after I texted you to tell me you were already on the road And obviously I wasn't gonna tell you to turn around knowing that you were going to be late to pick up your small child .... also, I was so shocked and taken back by the fact that you left without even telling me that I honestly didn't even feel comfortable saying anything at that point. And maybe if you weren't an hour and a half late, you would've actually had enough time to mop my floor, and not just charge me fraudulently and not even mop or vacuum!!!!!!!!!!

I really wanted this to work. My wife & I are in our 70's now and we just thought it was time to…read moretake a break from cleaning. It's just the two of us and our 13 year old Shih Tzu and 15 year old Maltese. This was disclosed to them at the time I went on line to request a quote for services twice a month. A few days later I was contacted via email and asked if our home had been professionally cleaned within the last three months. I responded that it had. The following day I received a quote for and initial clean and then what the follow up cleaning would be. The same day I told them I was ready to start. And then I waited... for nearly a week. And then it was, "we can start tomorrow." We couldn't do the next day but after another couple of emails set up a start date a couple of days later. On the day the housekeeper (singular) arrived, I noted that she was quite young. I gave her a quick tour of our (modest) home, told her our main concerns were the tile floors and high dusting (cathedral ceilings, ceiling fans, and pot shelve) and she set off about her business. I stayed out of her way and did not interfere with her work. When she was done, the first thing I noticed was the floors felt tacky in my house slippers. The young lady mopped them again... twice. There was no change. I attributed it to too much soap in the water. Then I noticed debris still on the floor in the family room. Additionally, furniture had not been cleaned under. When I showed her how easy it was to lay the couch & loveseat over on their backs she did clean under them. And in order for her to dust the pot shelves and ceiling fans, we had to loan her our long handled duster to do it. And when she was done, the house didn't smell a bit different than before she got here. This was not a good first impression. I do not blame the young lady. I made that very clear in the email I sent a few days later. I thought she needed some additional training and said so. And I was willing at that point to continue using the service as sometimes it takes a few meeting to get to know one another. Imagine my surprise when I received a phone call from a person at Maids2Nv who identified herself as a supervisor. She said there was pet urine in the house and because of that, they were going to have to discard the vacuum, mops, etc. used in our home because they could never be used in other homes again due to contamination. Really! A cleaning service that cannot clean and sanitize their own cleaning equipment. And furthermore, they would not be able to come again until the floors had been professionally cleaned. But I thought THEY were the professionals. (For the record, our fur babies have not had a accident in the house for months). As for moving the furniture, they don't do that for the safety of the employees is what I was told. (But I guess it's okay to send a young lady alone to a strange place where not a single member of your staff have seen or checked out). Like I said in the beginning, I really wanted this to work out. Maids2Nv and I have parted ways.

Within two hours they messaged me requesting I send them pictures of the debris and they gave me a loose quote. I held off originally as I was also communicating with two other companies and wanted to keep my options open, but when I was ghosted by one and the second said they couldn't take the cement, I contacted the Klean Squad again. Two days later they were at my house and they were very professional. A team of five showed up with a huge trailer and inside of thirty minutes they loaded up a ton-and-a-half of rock, brick, and cement. They even swept my driveway and hosed it down. The price was good and I didn't need to deal with trying to make two dozen trips to the dump in my SUV... Very nice, very professional. I'd gladly recommend them in the future and if I have another project I'd call them again.
