Infinite Electric & Air Pending Review…read more04-29-26 Review: I recently posted an excellent review for this company but have since learned that they didn't do the work that was needed to fix the problem. They told me the problem was fixed but after supposedly fixing it it wasn't it still existed. After having them replace all circuit breakers and install surge protector, which was working fine before, it still wasn't right. They were to replace the meter claw can which they did not do. They came back 4 more times and told me it was probably my refridgerator causing problems, which they plugged into an extension cord and left it that way. The red flag went up when they said all the outlets and switches had to be replaces upstairs to the tune of another $1200 in addition to the $3200 I had already paid them. Also told me I needed a new ceiling fan because it went bad but there was power to the switch so I got one. Another lie, no power but there was before them. I called another company to come give me an estimate and they showed me pictures that the only thing Infinite did out side was to change the disconnect hookup which was not the problem, it was he can as I told them in the first place. I did make them aware of my findings and have not heard back from them as of yet and that was two weeks ago. They just kept leading me on and grasping at straws. What a nightmare!

I had a problem with pool heater he found many problems with the heater only 4 years old. The unit had a leak had to be recharged spent 2 hours. He also found issue with the pump filter. My pool guy informed me yesterday he couldn't get lid off pump for months (caused heating problems) to change filter. Mike from Halo got the lid off no charge and was able to determine the problem. He contacted the heater manufacturer, the unit receiving a new compressor covered under my warranty. All we need is to pay a fair install fee. It was so nice to meet someone who is an honest business repair person not ripping off older folks. I never used Yelp b4 yesterday I will again!

Friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Patiently explained everything and showed me pictures of what mine looked like and what it SHOULD look like. Within a week, two trucks and four guys came out. On time, personable, professional, clean, careful team covered work area, and began the almost 8 hour job. it was too hot (90) to stay there all day but I was checking in on them throughout the day and they were always working, not outside sleeping under a tree or something. Job well done, no damage, condo was left as they found it. It's stressful these days with all the really lousy companies out there. No stress here! He seemed to be honest and straightforward so I saved his business card knowing at some point I would need a reliable HVAC group here in SWFL. His techs showed up and did a fine job cleaning and testing the system from one end to the other. The techs were very helpful and overall did a nice job. I'm an old DIY'er, so I would have tackled this project myself but our buyer wanted a qualified tech to complete this. My wife is a retired realtor, so all I was allowed to do was observe and provide a credit card. The project wasn't free, but I did find the amount of service they provided to be worthwhile for the price. Their business card is still taped on our air handler next to the note NOT to call Best Services as they were the first contractor I experienced when we moved to SWFL. Best qualified as a negative service provider as I observed them screw the previous owner of our condo.
