They made the entire process so easy, taking the time to get to know us and asking all the right questions to understand the vibe we wanted for our wedding. The only recommendation I'd make is to ensure that the MC (Michael) stays in sync with the photographer and planner throughout the day. Before the ceremony started, Michael addressed the crowd and told the guests to stand as the bride passed their row. While the intention was good, it caused some confusion among the guests and resulted in an inconsistent photo gallery (some guests were standing and some were not). It seemed like this wasn't communicated to the photographer ahead of time. While it came from a good place, better coordination would have made this moment smoother as we hoped for a more traditional bridal entrance where all guests stand as the bride enters.

We had to cancel our wedding due to COVID-19, and decided to have a small ceremony out of state next year. They did not refund a single dime. I understand losing the deposit, but the rest of our payment? Absolutely ridiculous. We decided for the safety of our families (some members are very ill and COVID would kill them), that we cannot risk a large wedding this year. Obviously we can't use their services out of state, this whole thing is just ridiculous. Every other merchant refunded our non-deposit payments, some even refunded everything. Do NOT use their services.

Sava was friendly to my family and minister during rehearsal and also recommended some amazing vendors (limo service, dance studio, hair and makeup etc.) Everything was planned well and put together and my guests were so impressed that the day was so well planned out and put together, and there was not a dull moment. Without Sava I would have been a total mess, and she helped me feel beautiful that day! (She even had a cough drop ready for me when my throat was getting dry from this Texas weather!!) We unfortunately cannot recommend Artofficial Live Entertainment's DJ and coordination services…read more Several major issues occurred throughout our wedding day that significantly impacted our experience. Our first dance was played to the wrong song, and all of our special dances were cut short without any prior discussion or approval. We also paid for both "dancing on the clouds" and a bubble exit that was supposed to include 10 bubble guns. On the wedding day, we were told the bubble guns had been stolen, yet they still had two on hand. Regardless of the explanation, the full experience we paid for was not provided, and we never received the "dancing on the clouds" moment at all. After the wedding, the DJ stopped responding to our attempts to address these concerns. The coordination services were equally disappointing. Our coordinator, Shelby, did not ensure that our table numbers were put out, causing confusion for our guests. She also failed to set up our audio guest book phone, despite being reminded multiple times throughout the day. Because it was never put out, we received zero recordings--something that was incredibly important to us. Throughout the event, she appeared unorganized and unprofessional, and afterward she repeatedly blamed other vendors and guests for issues that were clearly her responsibility. At no point did she take accountability for the mistakes made. While we understand that unexpected challenges can occur, the number of preventable errors--combined with undelivered services and a lack of accountability--made our experience fall far below what was promised and paid for.

She went above and beyond all her responsibilities to ensure that our wedding was a success. The original ceremony was intended to be outdoor. However, the weather did not cooperate. Heather and her team worked meticulously to transition the ceremony inside and still made sure it was gorgeous! From the pre-wedding planning to the ceremony to the reception, she ensured that everything went flawlessly. If anything went awry, I sure didn't know of it. She handled EVERYTHING. I emphasize that because the venue was supposed to provide an on-site coordinator to assist with certain things. That person was no where to be found. There is absolutely no dollar amount I would put on the work Heather did. I would recommend her for any type of event. She has true class and work ethic.

My fiancé and I got engaged in Jan 2019 and after venue shopping and planning, we were referred to Yvette in May 2019. At the time, we decided to not do a pop up since we ended up deciding to do a wedding on a cruise in 2020. Well obviously that fell apart thanks to the pandemic! Yvette was there to save the day! We were hoping things would get better in 2020 but COVID cases kept rising so we said screw it, let's do the pop up wedding! And we are SO happy that we did! We didn't want to do a huge party and spend thousands on a wedding but we got the upscale wedding look for so much less. Yvette and her team were offering these COVID packages (see their Instagram to see if still on going) and we had an officiant, seating for 25, cake, photographer venue and decorations all for under $2000. My family was worried that since we were spending significantly less than the average wedding cost that it wouldn't be as nice. In fact, we were criticized prior to the wedding, but then the day of the wedding arrived and they were in awe. It was so romantic and beautiful. Yvette and her team added flowers, candles and just made the night so magical. The cake was delicious and over all the experience was dreamy and magical. Pop Up Weddings Houston also go beyond the pop up wedding bookings. Yvette does weddings of all sizes! They actually do wedding give aways on their instagram so check it out if you're recently engaged! They also work with vendors/partners who provide live streaming services, photo booths and more! Anyways, major thanks to Pop Up Wedding Houston! I am totally referring my engaged friends to them! I could tell she was in the middle of something as I could hear the wind whipping behind her and people in the background. I had told her that if she needed to she could call me back, however she insisted that now was a good time. That meant the world to me especially after being treated so poorly from other companies. I was able to get a quote from her immediately over the phone and within the next few days have a contract signed and paid for. When I called to give her the payment me and Bree ended up chatting for an hour! She knows her stuff! Even though I wasn't using her as a wedding coordinator I would highly recommend her.
