The only recommendation I'd make is to ensure that the MC (Michael) stays in sync with the photographer and planner throughout the day. Before the ceremony started, Michael addressed the crowd and told the guests to stand as the bride passed their row. While the intention was good, it caused some confusion among the guests and resulted in an inconsistent photo gallery (some guests were standing and some were not). It seemed like this wasn't communicated to the photographer ahead of time. While it came from a good place, better coordination would have made this moment smoother as we hoped for a more traditional bridal entrance where all guests stand as the bride enters.

Our first dance was played to the wrong song, and all of our special dances were cut short without any prior discussion or approval. We also paid for both "dancing on the clouds" and a bubble exit that was supposed to include 10 bubble guns. On the wedding day, we were told the bubble guns had been stolen, yet they still had two on hand. Regardless of the explanation, the full experience we paid for was not provided, and we never received the "dancing on the clouds" moment at all. After the wedding, the DJ stopped responding to our attempts to address these concerns. The coordination services were equally disappointing. Our coordinator, Shelby, did not ensure that our table numbers were put out, causing confusion for our guests. She also failed to set up our audio guest book phone, despite being reminded multiple times throughout the day. Because it was never put out, we received zero recordings--something that was incredibly important to us. Throughout the event, she appeared unorganized and unprofessional, and afterward she repeatedly blamed other vendors and guests for issues that were clearly her responsibility. At no point did she take accountability for the mistakes made. While we understand that unexpected challenges can occur, the number of preventable errors--combined with undelivered services and a lack of accountability--made our experience fall far below what was promised and paid for.

My fiancé and I got engaged in Jan 2019 and after venue shopping and planning, we were referred to Yvette in May 2019. At the time, we decided to not do a pop up since we ended up deciding to do a wedding on a cruise in 2020. Well obviously that fell apart thanks to the pandemic! Yvette was there to save the day! We were hoping things would get better in 2020 but COVID cases kept rising so we said screw it, let's do the pop up wedding! And we are SO happy that we did! We didn't want to do a huge party and spend thousands on a wedding but we got the upscale wedding look for so much less. Yvette and her team were offering these COVID packages (see their Instagram to see if still on going) and we had an officiant, seating for 25, cake, photographer venue and decorations all for under $2000. My family was worried that since we were spending significantly less than the average wedding cost that it wouldn't be as nice. In fact, we were criticized prior to the wedding, but then the day of the wedding arrived and they were in awe. It was so romantic and beautiful. Yvette and her team added flowers, candles and just made the night so magical. The cake was delicious and over all the experience was dreamy and magical. Pop Up Weddings Houston also go beyond the pop up wedding bookings. Yvette does weddings of all sizes! They actually do wedding give aways on their instagram so check it out if you're recently engaged! They also work with vendors/partners who provide live streaming services, photo booths and more! They helped me out so much during the planning process of my wedding. Helping me pick out colors, center pieces, and all of the decorations for the wedding. They answered all of my questions that I had. On the day of the wedding they were able to get everything set up inside of the venue, so that way I could just focus on getting ready and not stress about time. We also used there catering service for the BBQ food and it tasted amazing. We had leftovers to take home with us that lasted a good few days. All In all i am so glad i used Diamond and Pearl service . They made my wedding day perfect and made it so smoothly. I would recommend them to any bride that wants less stress on their wedding day.

I could tell she was in the middle of something as I could hear the wind whipping behind her and people in the background. I had told her that if she needed to she could call me back, however she insisted that now was a good time. That meant the world to me especially after being treated so poorly from other companies. I was able to get a quote from her immediately over the phone and within the next few days have a contract signed and paid for. When I called to give her the payment me and Bree ended up chatting for an hour! She knows her stuff! Even though I wasn't using her as a wedding coordinator I would highly recommend her. During our conversation we talked about all the little last-minute things that brides tend to forget and chatted. She is so friendly and personable! The day went off without a hitch and her staff was incredible.
