I was shocked they had my exact boot but $200 cheaper. The service was great! Amber even treated my boots for me. My only complaint is that even though there is a 30 day return it is only for something you haven't really worn. I asked if I could wear them In my home to make sure I got the correct size. Nope, that is considered used. Hmmmm.... that doesn't sound right but okay. The store seemed pretty clean but I was only there looking at the boots. I would have appreciated her being truthful to say that for holidays they only deliver in big quantities or something. However, these people have no sense of business! I lost my deposit because I refused take a rental that was in such poor condition. As for the customer service, the attendant was rude and cared little so satisfy the customer's needs. I will not be returning here. If you want to rent a suit I suggest you go somewhere else.
