The prices are on the high side... again, been getting lashes done for years and have typically paid $55 (every 14 days) for a fill, and of recent, $65... this place charged $100 for a volume fill. The made an "appt" to come in. I thought it would be to fix the issue. After a quick consult, same tech added more extensions. Once again, the looked right. Went to counter, lie and behold had the audacity to charge me $95 more to fix a faulty job to begin with. 3 days later, same story. Lash extensions were not full. So many fell out. The door was locked with ZERO cars in parking lot cept a broken down pickup, I promptly called to confirm the right location and was told my stylist would be there at "pretty much exactly 4:30"...I climbed into my vehicle to leave at 4:52 when a car came rushing in. I went into salon and proceeded with the appointment, no paperwork done, no speaking, just awkwardly laying there. As I was finished up, she then asked if I had any burning...why would I have burning?!?!? I've been getting my lashes done for years and NEVER been asked a question like that. Then came the payment...wasn't informed this was a cash or venmo place of business until checkout...luckily she accepted cashapp to her personal account cause I had neither venmo or actual cash on me for the services as I expected to be able to use my card...no receipt option as well...lashes started falling out that evening for the icing on the cake, and I was confident they were the ones applied there as they were "wisps" not the standard extentions on my eyes. My mom was looking for someone new to do her hair, and we found Bailey, who is recently out of hair school. Since I know the owner Jenna wouldn't hire anyone less than wonderful, I trusted her to take care of my mom, the Judy. I'm so glad we found her! She's as sweet as can be, and she gave my mom the best cut and color she's had in a long time. Her prices are very reasonable, and she really is just absolutely lovely. Fast forward to today - I popped in for a quick wash and blowout before a trip. Bailey took great care of me and I loved the style. But once it was straight, I realized it needed just a bit of a trim and she fixed me right up - super fast and just right. But the neatest thing if all? While I was there, three different young ladies with special needs came in - they were all being treated to up-dos for a unique prom for young people with Down's syndrome. All the girls I saw looked beautiful and they knew it! It was so cool to see them enjoying a rite of passage with all the trimmings.
