And it seems to keep products in stock better. Sometimes you can find better pricing on the same or similar products. I prefer to hop over when I am just looking for a couple items simply because their stuff is easier to find. Lowe's seems to change their store layout on a month basis which makes finding things a test of frustration. The products I have bought from Tractor Supply have lasted and worked just fine. They were not busy, only three cars in the parking lot. But they wouldn't refill my tank, said they quit filling at 7:00 pm. Roy, the collector talked to me many times. He finally did say he investigated the situation and that he discovered that I was truthful & correct, the order was not put in by me. He was so persistent that he talked me into me into paying it with the promise that someone from the company would come service it for me and get the logs going at no cost, due to the trouble this caused. But, instead of that - they took my money for propane I did not order - then came while I was at work and took my full tank!! They literally scammed me for hundreds of dollars and not one drop of propane was used. Not long after, I had an elderly customer on a fixed income to tell me she was unable to pay her bill on time for my company that I work for. The reason why?? She told me the same story about Hall Propane as I have outlined above! What are the odds?! She was bullied and conned, same as me and so many others. Mount Airy and surrounding areas - I urge you to take your business anywhere but here. This scam that Hall is running may hit you, too. Even if you were a customer for years, like myself and the lady I mentioned above.

If only one person out of 30 Ashe county residents uses the pay-as-you-go "flex pay" option, then Blue ridge energy rakes in approximately $365,000 a year from our very poorest residents. They should be ashamed of themselves, particularly since that is essentially subsidizing charging stations for electric toys. Shame on you.

The lady behind the counter did not ask me any questions to try to fix the situation. She rudely told me I could only give a dollar amount inside. I explained I have never had to do that at any other Flying J location. She then said you can go to the Pilot across the street in a rude tone. I grabbed my card and did just that.
