I saw TN I love my haircut…read more 2 weeks later and it looks amazing. I was a bit skeptical at first. I get nervous letting a just anyone touch my hair (he's not just anyone). I came in kinda looking like a drowned rat. Meaning, my hair was wet dark and limp. My hair had been growing out for too long without a trim. TN was focused, amicable, and attentive. He kept my layers, which a lot of places could mess up. He started to do face framing bangs and I was like No! I like to keep the front long. He did some anyway, where I needed it, and followed direction to stop when I said No. And it turned into these cute wings around my face. While there, I kept twisting it, trying to get it to do its usual flounce, but it wouldn't go. I'm from California. He said he was, too. I think the Arizona dry air was making my hair dull. He told me to style it, like with product. I don't know what I'm doing. I brought my Kerastase Gloss Absolute products, bc I'd followed the Sephora sample directions. We didn't shampoo, so maybe I should try that next time. But idk, the shampoo area was kinda dirty. The place could be cleaner. Meanwhile, I just kept trying putting oil on it to make my hair move. I left feeling satisfied. Then later- wow- it's a really great haircut. Except now, with this haircut, I don't have to do anything to my hair. It just comes out nice. Everything lays perfectly. It's sexy hair. TN styled it right. I'd say for anyone in Arizona to YouTube what to do with your hair in the desert. As soon as my hair hit some humidity it looked gorgeous with this cut. It was so reasonably priced compared to my stylist- I want to go back

I received an automated confirmation text two days prior, so I had no reason to believe there was an issue. When I arrived for my appointment, I found the salon permanently closed and the door locked. After some digging, I saw a Facebook post stating the business had closed, but relying solely on a Facebook post is not sufficient when the booking system is still active and sending confirmation texts. As an out-of-town client, there was no way for me to know my appointment was no longer valid. No call, no text, no cancellation notice. This was not a casual appointment -- it was for a wedding -- and the lack of communication forced me to scramble at the last minute. If a business is closing, booked clients should be proactively notified and all booking systems disabled. This situation could have been avoided with basic communication. Thankfully, I was able to find another salon last minute -- Primp and Blow Chandler -- who completely saved the day. Five stars to them for stepping in on short notice and doing an amazing job.

I have been feeling pretty down lately about my hair because it was so dry/damaged, and the color was not to my liking. Emily cut off all the damaged ends and gave me a beautiful gloss that suit my black hair. The tone is beautiful and suit my olive/warm skin tone nicely. It is chef's kiss.

This shop seems to work well based off reference photos and one of the first things I was asked was if I had a photo I wanted to work off of. Seemed like other customers had photos ready as well. The woman cutting my hair was very nice and knew a good amount of English! I asked her for her recommendation, but my hair was a bit too short to style into something new, so she was very accommodating and gave me a trim like I wanted and told me to come back in two months to reassess where my hair is at to look at my options! My basic haircut ended up being $35 + tip. I think it's a good deal considering they shampooed me mid-cut. I'll definitely be back in two months time to give it another go, but I've loved my experience so far!

Then we got straight to work. At the end of my cut, he made sure I liked the result, to which I asked for my bangs a bit shorted and he readily obliged. I paid $45 (excluding an additional tip) in cash, but I didn't inquire further if they also accept card or if there's an additional fee for paying by card. I looked around the salon for a menu of costs of services, which he said there wasn't one. No problem, I plan on coming back for haircuts only anyway which I know are $45! Otherwise, I'll text him personally asking for other services if I want them! All in all, I was in and out the door at 2:00 and 2:30 respectively, literally (I looked at the clock). I was so happy with my haircut, especially for the price AND quick in/out time. Thank you Thanh for your amazing work!!!
