They didn't have the same size as my current floor but it was such a perfect colour match that it didn't matter much to me. The great thing is that I was able to grab samples of the swatches so that I could know for sure which colour I wanted once I got home. Pricing was fair and the quality is nice. It gives a clean, flawless finish to the home and I'm super happy with the results. They have a variety of options and the store is so big that you're bound to find something you like here. I have a condo that has cement flooring underneath and I was told by some that I can only put down engineered flooring that interlocked which made my selection window much much smaller. I asked Chelsea about this and she advised me that although it mostly depends on what my contractor says, she had others use the engineered floors that didn't interlock before with no problems. With this information it gave me a lot more confidence and choices to choose from. I had some wafering back and forth about 2 selections and I wasn't in the country so I contacted Chelsea and she took multiple photos for me with the samples in sunlight so i could see to make my final decision. Communication was flawless and prompt. My floors are beautiful and I love it. I will be back soon with another project. I recommend Oasis and esp Chelsea!

I bought a Como brand kitchen faucet and paid $150.00 for it, thinking it would be good quality. Looks are deceiving, and the price led me to believe that I was buying a good quality faucet but I was wrong. It was easy to install, it looks beautiful, but you only have 2 choices of water temperature.... scalding hot or freezing cold. There is no way to moderate the water temperature. It`s almost impossible to get a balanced warm temperature. I am either scalding my hands, or freezing them. The faucet is complete garbage, and now I have to buy a new faucet because I didn`t return it, so that`s on me. However, I thought I would get used to the horrible temperature settings after a few weeks, but alas, I was incorrect in my assumption. I will now go to Home Depot and get a Kohler or Moen.

Five years after the install, I noticed the bay window for the living room was leaking water, and there was water damage at the bottom of the windows on the the left side of the installation. The wooden frame at where it seats on the house inside is stained, from water entering through the outside window frame. I checked the caulking on the outside of the window in the area and the caulking has separated approximately 1/4 to 1/2 inch from the edge of the window that is against the house bricks, to a hight more than half the hight of the window frame. I made the effort to inform the installer through their contact page, and have NEVER received a response about the damage do to poor installation.

As soon as you walk in the showroom they have their counter space and desks to the left, so there is usually someone to greet you once you walk in. It didn't take more than 15 seconds for someone to approach me & ask if i needed any help. They didn't try to up-sell me on anything more expensive than what i was looking for. Answered all of our questions and really knew all of the products really well. Their showroom is very inviting with all the different styles of contemporary, modern, classic lighting options. Lots of lighting for indoor & outdoor plus they sell various shapes & sizes of energy saver bulbs. They didn't have style i was looking for, but it only took a couple of minutes to locate it in the catalogue and order it. The pricing was fantastic and beat everything i found online and at other lighting stores in Toronto. I went in to buy 1 kitchen light and ended up buying 2 because the price was so great - we got a deal on pricing for purchasing more than 1 product. Plus i wanted the 2 fixtures in the kitchen to match, so it worked out great. We placed an order on a Saturday and by Wednesday of the following week our lights were in! If you don't have an electrician, they have a 3rd party they can refer you to (doesn't work for Supreme LIghting) than can quote you based on the product and time it will take. Now it's time for some new outdoor lighting and i'm looking forward to going back to the showroom!

The showroom is a good size. There are lights for every room in a house, including hallways. There are many styles, mostly classic mainstream, contemporary and some latest LED lights. What I like is that the 2 salespeople I talked are knowledgeable about the built quality, the materials used and the history and reputation of the manufacturers of the few lighting fixtures I inquired. The pricing is higher than the usual Home Depot or Canadian Tire stocks, but that is to be expected. It seems to be cheaper than Union Lighting to me. There are some items on sale. Those items are priced very competitively.

Not bad right? :) The quality seems be be quite decent. But I guess if it's horrible I will have to update my review later. Seems easy to put together as it has grooves on the side which will lock into place. The quarter rounds were dirt cheap. I believe it was $0.30 each (8 ft long). You will need a mitre saw to cut it up. Underlayment was $0.45 per sq ft (IIC 73). Pretty good prices! The only thing we did not like was the young male associate w/ the glasses. He spoke to us in a very condescending tone. What a turn off! It's better to deal with the female associates there. They are much nicer. They have flooring for composite, solid hardwood, bamboo, laminate. Trims, mouldings, underlayment, etc Your one stop shop for DIY flooring!

We booked to have the floors installed including baseboards. The floors looked great! We were however unhappy with the finishing touches on the baseboards (cuts, calking etc) I emailed William and sent him pictures of the imperfection, we wanted the floors to look perfect. William was very understanding and did what he could to help us. We figured out a solution and William made it happen. If you do decide to book with them, just make sure you supervise the installers to make sure the finishing touches are just how you pictures it! I was definitely very impressed with the level of professionalism and customer service...
