Well that is just what I encountered ... so I busted out Yelp and found myself a nice, clean place to stay... in little ole Sweetwater, Texas.... Very clean hotel, welcoming lobby and friendly lady at reception, her name was Rene. She helped get me into a lower level room since I had my bike and the elevator wasn't working. I did run into a cleaning issue in the room with the rollout bed, but Rene and the manager Jared were quick to rectify the situation...because they were so accommodating with the issue, it was easy to overlook that one flaw.....and put this Microtel back on my list for a safe place to stay when traveling through the middle of Texas. Which brings me to the Texas shaped waffles and pretty delicious breakfast they served in the morning. Nice seating area and hot coffee constantly flowing.... Put safety first while driving long hours... if you are in need of a good place to stay for the night, need a comfortable bed, hot shower and hot breakfast.... stay at Microtel Sweetwater.
