Be careful with this place. KEEP YOUR MOBILE RECEIPTS. I have had 2 issues now with recurring payments, as well as car wash access via the Unlimited Member Line. Similar to others, I was told I would have unlimited monthly washes for $21. I checked my credit card 90 days later, and I was being charged $42 per month without any type of notice or notification. They told me I signed up for a promotion, which was not true. I went there yesterday, and the gate would not open for my monthly unlimited package. I came to find out they had changed the last 2 digits of my mobile number from "36" to "40", , which does not make sense considering I had proof of a receipt text message from the business. I spent over 30 minutes at the kiosk. I came to realize they had also changed both of our License Plates by adding an extra letter at the end of both plates. Instead of a normal Colorado Plate that is XXX-XXX, they somehow had 7 digits there. Buyer beware and monitor your credit card. I'll be cancelling my service. read more

UPDATE: Really appreciate Cobblestone reaching out to me and making this right. They have paid for the repair of my vehicle's weather-stripping and they noted that they are just about to begin a complete rebuilding of the wash tunnel at this location with all new and much better equipment that should do a much more thorough job washing vehicles and hopefully not causing any issues for anyone. I will definitely give them another chance at washing my vehicle when its completed in the coming month or two, and will update accordingly at that time. read more

Now I have discovered that they have been charging my card every month. When I called to complain all I got was "you are signed up for a monthly service". My next step is to file a dispute with AMEX. I have a monthly pass for all the locations here in Colorado. This one in particular has been the worst location I've ever got my car washed. Both of my vehicles have been scratched and damaged. I went to the manager, I told him that the car wash was very aggressive on my vehicle and it left scratches on my car and damaged my truck and he laughed at me. I sent a complaint corporate, the emailed back said someone would get back to me...two weeks ago. The brush from the car wash ripped off a part of my new truck. Again told the manager he said he can do nothing about it. I would advise anyone in the area. Do not use this location. It is ran by children and the corporation doesn't care either. read more

If I could give this business zero stars I would. Two months ago I went through their car wash and it destroyed my license plate as well as the license plate holder. I filled out an accident forum with the employee working and have spent the last TWO MONTHS trying to get in contact with their manager. I have called multiple times, visited the carwash in person (the manager seems to conveniently be "out of the office" every time), and have emailed the business to no avail. When I go to a carwash I expect, at worst, not having my car cleaned well. Instead, I leave the carwash with my vehicle in worse shape than when it arrived. This car wash scratched my one week old truck significantly (pictures attached): Both sides, and the hood. I've called every other day for two weeks (no response), I emailed them via the contact form on the website multiple times (no response), and I stopped in personally to attempt to speak to someone (the manager was out). I left my name and number on her desk (no response). I have never once been contacted via email, the numerous messages I've left by phone, or by the hand written note on her desk. I have a couple of aspects that determine my review. For one, I didn't get the basic wash, I paid for the 2nd highest and my car remained pretty dirty which was kind of frustrating. But getting a wash was better than nothing I guess.... Additionally Bella helped me pay for it and she was super nice! I bought their monthly subscription for unlimited car washes in July 2022. After my first car wash I decided that the quality of the wash was unacceptable so I attempted to cancel the subscription. I called and emailed them multiple times, leaving messages, but never heard back. After four months passed and ongoing monthly charges I ended up contacting BBB and received an immediate response along with a complete refund. Now, 1.5 years later, they are again charging my credit card, even though I never returned to their business! If you read the complaints on the BBB website, it's hard not to assume that they are intentionally scamming people. The quality of their car wash is poor, they fail to address customer concerns, and they either have major accounting issues or they are scamming people. Beware! read more

Unauthorized charge for $21 on my credit card, one month after I paid $10 for a wash. I called immediately, requesting a refund, and was told that management would need to provide the refund. It would take 24 hours, and they would call me. Nothing happened, so I sent a text message, a second request. Nothing happened, so I called the next day, and was told management would need to provide the refund, and it normally took 48 to 72 hours. I filed a complaint with my credit card company, and received a refund. This should not happen in the first place. They give you the run-around, probably to see if you will forget about it. read more

If I could give this place a negative rating I would. Management has changed, and the new management is awful. Representative was combative with me when trying to get my car washed. Also will not let SUVs with any type of rack system go through the car wash. under the previous management I have washed my car many times with my rack system and no problem. They also no longer offer interior service. Goes to show you what kind of work ethic. The people at this location have. Go to the car wash next to King Soopers on S. Boulder Rd. in Louisville. Worst car wash in Lafayette and Denver area. $23 and six towels later they are filthy. My van wasn't awful but needed a wash. The drive thru was very fast. Soap didn't even get to bottom of sides and polish washed off before it slid anywhere or did any good. Go somewhere else waste of money here!!! Update Oh wow. I should have read the reviews first. $17 car wash at approximately 11 am on Tuesday, 8/9/22, and still had dead bugs on front of car after going through Young man who supposedly hand-sprayed the front of my car on the way in failed to do so. Received "canned" response about their "excellent customer service" and stated IF it happened again to speak with a manager. I had an appointment when I left there and did not see the front of my car until my next stop. You are assuming I will return. First time there since the new business model took over. Horrible experience, damaged my car, and left it dirty. Manager takes no responsibility and blames it on me. Watch out for your windshield wipers or they may be torn off violently, whilst you car will remain dirty. Of course, they offer to run it through again....no tone my life would I go through that gauntlet again. They say they have video that my wipers were on, but you know, I did not turn them on. There are no warnings posgted. about automatic windshield wipers, so if you have a fairly recent model of car, learn how to disable them. read more

My main gripe with the new owner is the amount of personal information they now collect: auto license plate reader; card payments only (no cash); receipt requires a telephone number (no paper receipts). I feel violated/an invasion of privacy. Why does a car wash need to gather all this info? It certainly isn't for my benefit. In addition, the new tunnel hardware does about the same poor job as the previous iteration: bugs left on the front of the car, wheels and rear windshield/trunk still dirty, undercarriage wash nonexistent. I am also concerned with the cleaning brushes: they seem to make a lot more noise (much "harder" clean). Prices have gone up 10%. Also, there's no longer any 4-day "rain guarantee". Since the new management has taken over my enrollment in the unlimited plan has never recognized my license plate and therefore each visit (weekly) I have to get an associate to manually enter my number. NEVER OPEN. Staff is so rude and unapproachable- what is the purpose of the staff if the car wash is closed?

I have been coming to this cars wash for years, and for the most part my experience have been good... Sometimes frustrated with some of the equipment not working but I think that's just the way it is with that many moving parts... My true frustration comes as of the last few months I own trucks each of which have been washed and detailed at your car wash many times... With in the last month I have attempted to wash and detail my truck there and have been turned away explaining that they had a sensor that was not working with trucks with trailer hitches and that it was in the process of being repaired. I was asked to remove the hitch and I would be allowed to go through. It was then I got out of my truck to show the attendant my hitch system, I have a hitch that's a large truck mudflap combination all one piece weighting around a 100lbs so it not something I just couldn't take off and put on with ease. She assured me the sensor would be repaired soon so l left... A couple weeks ago I returned and ran into the same situation different attendant explaining the same problem and that the sensor was being repaired... It was then the attendant advised me to go to one of their other facilities that were working I explained I didn't want to do that, that I didn't want to travel far since I lived in this neigthtborhood he assured me it would be repaired soon and once again I left... Yesterday Dec 17th I returned to once again to wash and detail to only be told I could not do it because of my hitch system... The two attendants explained the same concern and problem with the sensor saying it still hadn't been repaired at this point I truly became frustrated asking how long does it take to repair a sensor, I had noticed a repair truck there and asked if they were there to repair the sensor the attendant said no that they were there for some other repair... At this point my frustration became evident as I explained I have been paying for unlimited washes as a member and not able to get what I am paying for... It was then I asked to talk to a manager when that person responded I explained what has transpired over the last month notting I am paying for something/service I am not getting... Again I was told to take my hitch off, again I showed them the system and that it's not something easily done and that I have been through this wash with that hitch many time without a problem. Again I was advised to go to one of the other facilities where their sensors were working, again I said no that I got my membership here and that I wasn't going to drive miles out of my way because they had a sensor that wasn't being repaired. It was then the manager said I would never be able to bring my truck with any hitch on that they were destroying their equipment. So I asked its not and hasn't been a sensor problem, I was told no... That the hitches were destroying equipment and they were not going to be allowed... At that point my frustration became very pointed as I the asked why was I told it was a sensor that was being repaired... Why was I being lied to. And why were the other facilities able to handle my truck and not this one... I said if that was the case why didn't they explain that to me a long time ago... I asked why didn't they put a sign up saying no trucks with hitches allowed in this facility... I am not sure if your aware of it but where this building is in the heart of farm and cattle land every truck has a trailer hitch of some type, why would you put in a wash system that couldn't handle truck with hitches... I have never ever been asked to remove my hitch in a car wash... It was then I asked to talk to the owner or their boss I was told no. I asked for names I was told no... So in the end summary I was: 1. Lied to for weeks, its the lying the frustrates me most 2. Paying for something I wasn't getting 3. Denied access to any one above them or their names I am not sure what happened to you all but the way it use to be and the way its ran now are like night and day and I don't mean good, when you lie to your patrons and take money for services their not getting... I promise its not a good business model... P.S. I drove to a competitors where got out asked them if my hitch was a problem I was assured its was not and went through without a problem... read more
