I hit the "X" on the card reader. It gives me a total ($5 or $6). Over charged on CC 3x now for $15 even.

the worst. I don't know about slamming $ as I always use coins at car washes. but pre-soak had no soap so they made $1-1.50 for my wasted time fiddling w to. and the "spot free rinse@ was bately spitting water. could barely push existing hard water off the car. probably wasted extra $2 on tea time to spit off the hard water. makes me doubt they actually use treated softer water for spot free. read more

This car wash is now owned by scammers. They charge your credit card $15 upfront charges but some how never correct to the actual charges. They own several local self service car washes and since taking this one on they have over charged me several times. I have to fight to get the actual charges corrected. You no longer can pay with cash, so they can screw you with up charging and not correcting. No self service car wash costs $15, mine are usually around $4.00. Shame on this company! Reposting this review on Yelp as the owner has shown complete and utter pettiness in replying to my review stating it was a "User Error". Do yourself a favor and avoid this car wash at all costs. It would be more cost effective for you to venture to the multiple self service car washes in the area then making the utter mistake of coming here. Car was due for a wash. Went into one bay and the pressure washer wasn't working at all. There goes $5. Moved over one bay to try again. Both the pressure washer hose and soap hose are leaking profusely. My right shoe is now sopping wet. Not to mention there's absolutely no soap coming out of the soap gun. read more

I used my credit card at the car wash. I was charged a full $15.00 because I didn't push stop on the credit card machine as well as on the car wash dial itself. Apparently there are notices that are posted to do this. I did not see the notices and I haven't been back to actually check, but the owner was very helpful and refunded my money. They even followed up to see if my refund actually posted. Good customer service in this regard. read more

Has been poor for several years. Presoak doesn't always work. You leave and have to go home to finish the job. Not good.

I put a 20 dollar bill in the change machine and it only give me 10 dollars back in quarters ,plus after that I went and put some quarters it only detected some of the quarters and I probably lost another $4 dollars there like they need to fix this thing read more

Awful. DO NOT USE. I tried to use quarters, but they have a very ingenious scam working. They've put the gap between the outside protective cover and the part that actually collects the quarters. So most of your quarters just fall in between the two and are gone. It took me a bit to figure it out. I kept trying, thinking maybe I could get enough in to get the wash to work, but I wasn't that lucky. Wasted $5. Total scam and ripoff. And of course, surprise, surprise, there is no phone number available to call anyone. read more

Awful car wash. More than half the time the card reader doesn't work. Equipment is always broken.

I have been using this car wash for the last seven years, and never have had a problem. But i just lost $1.75 as their machine was somehow broken, and would not accept the final 3 quarters to turn the water on. What is worse is that there is no phone number posted to call to obtain a refund. I have learned that it is under new management or a new owner, which explains why there is no phone number posted....as there used to be a number posted in each of the bays. It looks like i will need to find a new car wash, one that is a little more friendly and transparent. this is my to-go car wash its 3 minutes away from my house and i love it! So far every time i have been, i use the vacuum and i like that it lets you choose the amount of minutes you want based on how many quarters you use with a minimum of .75 cents where others i have paid $2 to start. I also appreciate that there is a credit card option, i don't cary cash with me and this option is very convenient. The only thing i don't know if its normal or not i find that the foam/soap brush sometimes is not very foamy but watery. I like this car wash and will continue to come here. read more

This used to be my go-to car wash but no longer. During the most recent three or four visits, using different bays, every single one had a major issue, like the soap not working or the card reader is broken or the dialing knobs don't click into place. There appears to be no way to contact the owner; there is nothing posted like at other places, to report an issue. I want to support my local businesses but it seems like no one is minding the store here, and I'll be taking my business elsewhere. read more

If I could give zero stars I would and I'm not that person. While I was there the card reader did not work in the first day that I pulled into so I moved everything over and again the card reader did not work for me so then I opted to use quarters. Those weren't working either. I did mention the card reader in the first day to the owner who was dumping trash and he seems put off by me letting him know that it didn't work. After I had packed up everything to leave he came over and said that he had gotten into work right away with his card and then he used his card again in this day that I was in and for whatever reason it turned right on. I think Tim and started getting to work. I wasn't five minutes into it when it shut off and he was nowhere to be found. So I am now driving around with soap drying on my car. Not only is the quality of his establishment the poorest I've seen, his attitude was a match. Well now I know that it will be worth it to drive further to go to a place where my business is wanted. read more

I have been a frequent customer for over ten years. My last two visits have cost me money due to faulty equipment. Both the vacuum and washer have malfunctioned. Never happened before. My vacuum issues were on two separate machines back to back! If there is truly a new management (owners) I wouldn't be surprised. That means it will be razed soon, for a new a development; as it is a killer location on the SE corner of baseline and HWY 287. Bummer. read more

I've used this car wash for years and have always been satisfied. Recently it changed owners and I have had issues with hoses leaking (got very wet), it does not appear to be cleaned and there is no contact number to register a complaint. read more

Disaster has struck. I used this business this morning only to have my car covered in a black tar like substance after using the foaming brush. you could not tell until rinse. I popped another $5 into it but the soap spray did not clean it. Off to the Puddle to see if they can fix the problem. Unable to contact anyone associated with the business. Beware: you might be overcharged when using this car wash. Went to this car wash for the first time and got double charged on my credit card. I called the number listed in yelp to try and straighten it out. There is no one on duty at the car wash, it's a poorly operated money stealer. When I called I spoke with someone, I assume the owner. I told him I got a $10 charge for a 3 minute car wash. It was supposed to be ~$4. He took my name and number and said he'd fix it and call me back. He never fixed it. He never called me back. At the risk of contributing to the (unlikely) success of this business owner let me give you a tip: refund someone's money if you've over-charged them. I live close to this car wash and I'm a new customer. I could potentially give you lots of money over time using your car wash. Instead, through laziness or delinquency, you refuse to refund me the $6 that you over-charged me. I don't get it. Additionally, it's very confusing to figure how to use the car wash at all. No clear instructions are posted, probably on purpose. A mistaken card swipe is more money for the owner! Do yourself a favor and don't shop at this car wash. I went to this carwash yesterday. I happened to check my credit card charges and noticed that a charge of $10 was made from Baseline Car Wash. I know for a fact that I only spent around $5 for the wash when I turned the switch off. When I looked at my December statement (the first time I went to this car wash was 12/27), I noticed that I was charged $10 for my visit then also. I know specifically that I only spent $4.65 worth of time washing my car. I remembered that figure exactly because I thought, "Cool. This is way cheaper than a drive thru wash, and I can clean my car as thoroughly as I want." What's the deal? I'm totally getting ripped off! I just tried calling the business number, and I got a voicemail with a cutoff outgoing message, so I had no idea who I was calling. If you don't want to get ripped off, don't go to this car wash. read more

Awesome owner/business. My car battery died while I was vacuuming my vehicle.I went to the owner of the car wash and told him what happened and that AAA was on their way. I had just finished vacuuming the car and was blocking a wash bay, so I felt bad that he might lose some business while I waited for AAA to arrive. He offered to give me a jumpstart, but I figured AAA would be here soon, so I declined. Then he offered to push the car into the bay so I could wash it. I said sure - at least he would get my business for the car wash. Then he swiped his credit card in the machine, and said, "this one is on me; take as long as you need". What small business owner does that? What a nice guy - kind of restores my faith in humanity. read more
