Drove out of my way to come to this car wash, because of past experience. This time around was a bit different, unfortunately. Got the basic $10 wash. There was no rinse at all and no dry (is that what you get for $10?). After looking at the back of my car and seeing all of the soap, I decided to ask if the wash was working properly. Before I could even finish my question, I was told "you only got the basic wash!" Yeah, but doesn't the basic include a basic rinse? I was finally able to convince the attendant to come look at the car. The soap on the back wasn't even what convinced him to let me go back through, it was the crap all over the top of my car that didn't get cleaned. 3 stars, because of past experiences, otherwise this visit was 2 stars, at best. read more

Recently came here because the lines at my local touchless car wash are getting out of hand. A cool benefit of the tunnel-style car washes you really can't get massive lines. But none of that matters if the quality of the service is poor. Thankfully none of my gloss black trim pieces came out scratched or damaged, just perfectly clean. Although there were some water droplets on the rear windshield, every vacuum station has microfiber cloths in a little cubby for touching up those spots. Also, all the vacuums are strong and they even have the little compressed air blower for getting dust off the dash. The membership option is reasonably priced, and the gate uses a license plate reader so all you have to do is drive up -- no app needed. Very nice! Look, I know these things aren't gonna get every single spot or come out completely dry, but for $14 this is what I get?? (see picture) But wait! For $39 a month, you can get unlimited drives through the splashy machine for more craptacular jobs. Don't delay, act now! (you'll be sure to get this sales pitch every time you pull up, don't fall for it) Thankfully they supply towels to wipe down and vacuums for the interior otherwise this would have been a complete waste. I've had better car washes. The attendant tried to sell me on the monthly package and I declined, but for real, I just want a wash, I don't want to have a whole conversation while I'm trying to get in and out. I asked the attendant what would be best for my car, since I had dirt and berries stuck on it from an outdoor parking spot, he suggested the most expensive wash at $25. It got about 30% of the berries off and there were still steaks of dirt. I was expecting it to clean more than that... I feel like the basic wash would've done the same job. After being a member for over a year, and over 50 washes, General Manger Adam and District Manager Tony decided all the sudden they could not wash my truck because of the roof top tent. The tent that has been through tunnel car washes hundreds of times. Car washes don't rip rooftop equipment off for no reason. Negligent employees who do not retract the top brush and wraps do. But Adam and Tony have such little faith in their staff the consumer is meant to suffer. Took my money to Take 5. They have a better detailing center and won't deny your service because you have a tent/roof box/ski/bike rack, etc. read more

This used to be a fantastic car wash location- vacuums worked, staff is friendly and efficient. We even bought a membership because of this. However today we went in to wash our Tesla and we're told we cannot go through with any roof racks (not boxes, the bars) on the vehicle, and anyone who owns a Tesla knows how difficult they are to get off. So we canceled our membership today, and really hope they reverse this decision because it's ridiculous. read more

He had to back up and go forwards again. They told us they'd review the camera and we're waiting to hear if they're going to take responsibly for their mistake. I went through the cobblestone car wash in Lakewood on West Alameda. The car wash ripped off the whole back window on my truck topper. There's a dozen rivets holding one long hinge and it ripped it completely off. Cobblestone will not accept liability. They say it's an aftermarket product my topper. DO NOT WASH YOUR CAR HERE. In April my car was scratched at this location. My car wasn't even a year old at the time and was washed at multiple locations w/o any issues. The day it happened a manager provided me with paperwork to fill out. (An incident report basically) and she told me to give them 24hrs. NO ONE CALLED FOR WEEKS. I reached out through their website and was offered help to cancel my membership ONLY. I then reached out on Facebook and was provided with their reviews email. They replied in May. AND NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE. It's now June and I contacted this specific location and their staff was having a hard time finding the paper work I filled out, the GM was supposed to call me back and nothing. My poor car! I decided to try this place out since I work from home more so it's no longer worth paying for the plan at the car wash down the street from my office. I got the free basic wash to try this place out, and I truly wish I didn't. The body is definitely not clean, the surface is covered in tiny bumps, not smooth and clean like it should be. I attached pictures and videos of the black plastic parts where the bumpy material is able to be wiped off (only able to be wiped off of the black plastic, the bumpy grime is stuck onto the paint). All of the little white spots on the black plastic are very grainy in texture, likely cleaning products since the little chunks can be smooshed. You can see in the videos how it wipes off and is solid material. My poor car is absolutely covered in micro-scratches that I'm hoping is fixable, but they're impossible to get a picture of, but I got one that shows the scratches. My car is also covered with water spots, and there is so much soap scum everywhere due to very poor rinsing. read more

When I go to a carwash I know my vehicle is not going to come out sparkling clean. If I wanted that I would have washed it myself by hand. But it's cleaner than it was before and that's good enough for me and my old work truck. The employee at the front entrance was fast and told me about their monthly wash packages. And the employee in the wash tunnel had what looked like a ping pong paddle with an arrow painted on it. Interesting experience. read more

Don't give this place your money. My windshield was completely cracked from the car wash. Management claimed the crack was from a chip in my windshield, which no chip was previously seen in the video footage I was shown by the car wash employees when the incident happed. I waited 2 months for them to reach out to me about the "incident report" they wrote the day of the crack and I heard nothing back until I reached out to an admin via email. I was then told to meet the manager in person just to be spoken to like a child on how rocks hit windshields in Colorado. There are also spots of cleaner stuck to the windshield that have not came off in over 6 months. This car wash popped up near my residence and was 5 mins closer to my previous one on 120th. I was eager to give them a try - as it was a new building and across the street from the gas station, I frequented when needing to put air in my tires. I was open to hearing about their car wash plans - and receptive. I was signed up with many declarations that the membership could be canceled at any time. I was slightly hesitant to commit - because I generally do not make enough trips to justify "unlimited" opportunities on a month-to-month bases... but that's not the point. The point is that the cancelation practices are bordering on intentionally and maliciously dysfunctional. I believe that they have been orchestrated in a way to cause so many issues that retention would remain artificially high. I have no way of proving this outside of my anecdotal experience (and research online about others who share the same experience). Not only did the website (which they force you to no matter what route you take to try to get a hold of a human) was broken (showing examples of database queries instead of locations that one can choose to define which "Cobblestone" was the one you used) but this Cobblestone location wasn't even listed for this carwash under the cancel member ship option. I left multiple voicemails and emails to try to get someone to acknowledge that my account was able to be modified or edited. No response. My credit card had no problem being charged though. So, there was no way to edit my "membership" see my account details, cancel my account, or get a hold of someone (even after trying 4-5 different numbers, leaving multiple voicemails, and contact messages within the contact window on the site) over a two-week period. After looking around - this seems to be a common problem. An inability to manage the users experience with any quality. Requirements here are basic: 1. Be able to sign up for service or pay per cleaning without much hassle. 2. Have car get adequately cleaned via one pass 3. End the service relationship clean, fast, without a fuss. The only requirement that seems to work flawlessly is the taking and processing of your payment. Issues: 1. I had dust spots in glaring areas after my wash that have huge surfaces that you would think would be impossible to miss on the hood, and fender. 2. I need to cancel because I will be moving soon - and have been horrified and deeply disappointed at how difficult it is to do this. The backend processes are lacking - and it doesn't seem there is enough administration capability or leadership to handle account management to the degree that you would expect out of a service provider that is going out of its way to onboard as many customers as possible. I was not looking for perfection - just competence. Please allocate appropriate resources so that the user experience (across the lifecycle) isn't so horrendous that reviews like mine don't end up as common. I am sure the margins are razor-thin - but damn it - don't cost-cut on keeping the people satisfied with their experience. That is coming and going. read more

I would say a good 75% of the time the right bristles don't even touch my car. I've told them almost every single time that I go and their excuses. Oh yeah we know we're getting it fixed. We've been coming here since they opened, it had to of been almost a year now. Get your stuff together guys we pay for a monthly service and I still have to hand wash my car on that side. 07/14/22: I UPPED the grade here as Cobblestone did indeed pay to have my rear hitch fixed on my car. I was quite impressed they stood behind their mechanical failure. One of the first set a vertical brushes balled up when it came around the right side of the car. There was a loud noise and a big jolt. I pulled out and saw there was big dent caved in on the hatch by the license plate. THERE IS A VIDEO THAT CLEARLY SHOWS THE DAMAGE OCCURING. I filed a report with them but I can already tell the people from Operations/ Corporate are as EVASIVE AS POSSIBLE...isolated from customers, dealing with issues, the public. I see some expensive cars come through there too (YOU ARE WARNED!). I will cancel my membership and WILL BE filing legal action against these clowns. I would tell you to seek out a Touch Free Wash, after I saw the damage this wash did to my car. The worst part is they will make it as difficult as possible, seriously drag their feet when it comes to doing what is right, taking care of damage they have caused. The ONLY reason they get a 1 is that the Manager, Gabriel seems to be a decent young man. Certainly NOT representative of their corporate-operations people. At first I was thrilled to have the big new car wash. I joined their Unlimited Wash membership. Then every time I washed my car, I started noticing little scratches. I thought I was imagining it but I wasn't. They are not big scratches but they are there. It is SUPER easy to sign up for the unlimited membership and not so easy to cancel. For the interior they have vacuum cleaners from both sides and they also provide clean fiber cloth which are great for the touch up cleaning in spots that are not accessible to an automatic car wash. I have been a monthly member for some time now. Last week I drove into the car wash as usual and my car had no damage. When I drove out my windshield was cracked going half way across the width. I immediately spoke with the attendant and filed an incident report on July 12 2023. I have not had anyone reach out to me from the business to let me know how they will repair my windshield. Lo and behold, they obviously captured my card info, kept it, and have now charged me for $35 for a monthly plan! I am livid and will be paying a visit to them tomorrow.
